Role Overview

Reporting to the COO you will work closely with the team in helping to build and optimise the affiliate program. You will look for new affiliate partners using keyword research and bringing onboard any existing relationships you have. The Affiliate Team Leader will drive the strategy with yourself working very closely to them to ensure weekly / monthly targets are being hit. On a daily basis you will be responsible for your own time management to drive new affiliates and optimise existing campaigns to ensure continuous new depositing players are driven to the brand through quality traffic leads maintaining  a positive ROI for each account.

Responsibilities

Responsible for new business via affiliate acquisitions by identifying new opportunities across a number of different GEO’s
Building and managing a portfolio of affiliate accounts 
Understanding the value of your affiliate accounts in different GEO’s and how to optimise each accordingly
Continuous reviewing of campaigns and negotiations of commercial agreements
Analysis of campaigns, ROI, budget spend, eCPA’s to ensure monthly targets are hit
Conversion rate optimization - Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
Establishing strong client relationships through regular contact which will include telephone, email, social and some face to face meetings
Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a first-class service
Travel to conferences/events where necessary

Our client is an international digital product company building high-performance platforms and user experiences across web and mobile. They’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of test automation, ensure product reliability, and help raise the overall quality bar across teams.

You’ll design automation frameworks, implement best practices, and mentor other QA engineers — playing a key role in shaping testing strategy and process improvement across multiple projects.

Location: Remote (Europe / US time zones)
Engagement: Full-time, long-term contract
Start Date: ideally in November

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks.
• Define and lead test strategy across web and backend components.
• Review test plans and automation code to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Continuously improve QA tools, coverage, and reporting efficiency.

   

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in QA automation or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with tools such as JMeter, Postman, and SQL/DB testing.
• Familiarity with Jira for test case and defect management.
• Solid understanding of automation architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of AWS and DevOps practices is a plus.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring or leading small QA teams.
• Exposure to API and performance testing.

• Knowledge of modern cloud-based testing environments.
