    Vendor Delivery Support & Feedback

    • Provide overlays, draw-overs, and reference assets when useful
       

    Animation Implementation Support

    • Create block-in animations to unblock downstream setup teams
    • Polish or resolve minor animation issues in existing assets
    • Create or update blocking animations for game integration
    • Provide polish passes on block-in animations
       

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Solid artistic and technical understanding of 3ds Max and Maya animation workflows
    • Basic knowledge of asset ingestion for game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal, or proprietary tools)
    • Willingness to learn proprietary pipelines and custom tools
    • Strong fundamentals in 3D keyframe animation
    • Proficient in collaborative platforms like Jira, Miro, and Confluence
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills
    • Able to contribute live during reviews and planning sessions

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests promptly and professionally.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues (within the scope of their knowledge and responsibilities) faced by Operators or their clients.
