About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a prominent fintech company developing modern investment and trading platforms for the Middle Eastern market.

You will design sophisticated trading and investment experiences across web and mobile platforms, transforming complex financial information into intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing user interfaces.

The product serves both English-speaking and Arabic-speaking users, making RTL (Right-to-Left) design and localization an important part of the design process.

This is an opportunity to work on a complex, data-intensive fintech product where design decisions directly influence usability, user confidence, and trading experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for trading and investment platforms across responsive web and mobile.
• Translate complex financial data, trading workflows, and multi-step transactions into intuitive interfaces.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed user flows using Figma.
• Design financial dashboards, interactive charts, portfolio views, and trading interfaces.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Design transaction states, including loading, pending, successful, failed, and error scenarios.
• Ensure consistent and accessible experiences across LTR (Left-to-Right) and Arabic/RTL interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Present design decisions, explain UX rationale, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including significant experience with complex digital products.
• Strong fintech background with experience designing financial applications or platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proven experience designing complex dashboards, financial data visualizations, and interactive charts.
• Strong understanding of multi-step transaction flows, edge cases, and user feedback states.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and financial information through thoughtful UX.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability to work Sunday–Thursday, with agreed overlap during Riyadh business hours (UTC+3).

Nice to Have

• Trading or investment platform design experience — a major advantage.
• Experience with Arabic/RTL interfaces and localization.
• Understanding of trading workflows, portfolio management, order placement, and financial market data.
• Experience designing investment dashboards, brokerage platforms, or wealth management applications.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern markets and regional UX expectations.
• Experience contributing to large-scale design systems.

Portfolio Requirements

A portfolio is mandatory.
