What You Own

• The yearly plan and budget, and budget vs. actual every month
• Cash: the 13-week and 12-month forecasts, and the minimum cash floor
• How much the business can safely invest, with a downside case for every decision

Core Responsibilities

Plan, Cash & Growth

• Build the annual plan with the CEO and department heads: margin by channel and category, EBITDA, headcount, opex and inventory targets
• Publish a 13-week cash forecast every Monday, keep a rolling 12-month forecast with best and worst cases, and run a weekly cash meeting that makes decisions
• Size launches, inventory buys and ad spend against cash and the CEO’s guardrails
• Flag problems 60 days before they land

Inventory, Capital & Unit Economics

• Set inventory targets, approval thresholds, supplier terms and the cash conversion cycle (8-10 months in our seasonal business)
• Size the debt we need and match it to the right product
• Own day-to-day lender relationships, borrowing-base certificates and covenant reports (the CEO signs)
• Measure true contribution by channel and SKU after all fees and marketing

Reporting & Finance Function

• Deliver a consolidated, accrual-basis management pack within 10 business days of month end
• Manage the Controller, the US and Puerto Rico CPA firms, the close and every tax and compliance deadline
• Clean up intercompany pricing across three entities, move from two accounting platforms (Xero and QuickBooks) to one, and own the finance side of our new ERP
• Develop the Controller, make the next finance hires, and get us ready for investor or buyer diligence within 24 months

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in finance, including 3+ years leading the function (Controller to Head of Finance or above) at a US-owned company with roughly $10M-$100M in revenue
• You have personally built and run a 13-week and a 12-month cash forecast for an inventory-heavy consumer or e-commerce business, and can explain why a profitable company runs out of cash
• You have built budgets from the drivers up (units, prices, fees, ads, inventory) and held owners to them
• You have told a founder how much the business can fund, shown the downside, and had the plan changed

We sell through Amazon US and operate as a lean, founder-led business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Amazon specialist who can take ownership of account and PPC management and drive the brand’s next stage of growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Amazon Operations Manager with strong PPC expertise and a solid understanding of listing optimization to take full ownership of our Amazon US account.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything related to Amazon, from advertising and catalog management to account health, listing performance, and growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder, who will continue to focus on product development, supplier relationships, and logistics.

You’ll be the first team member in the business, with the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and directly influence sales and profitability. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and treat the account as their own rather than waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities

• Amazon Account Management: Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the Amazon Seller Central account, monitor account health, track sales and reviews, respond to customer messages, and resolve operational issues.
• PPC Management: Build, manage, and optimize SP, SB, and SD campaigns. Conduct keyword research, optimize bids and budgets, monitor ACoS and TACoS, and improve advertising efficiency and profitability.
• Listing Optimization: Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and keyword targeting to increase visibility, organic rankings, and conversion rates.
• Listing Content & Visuals: Identify opportunities to improve product images, A+ Content, and the Brand Store. Prepare clear briefs and requirements for external designers and photographers, and conduct A/B tests where appropriate.
• Catalog Management & Troubleshooting: Handle Seller Support cases and resolve catalog errors, suppressed listings, variation issues, incorrect categorization, reimbursement requests, and fee discrepancies. 
• Product Launches: Prepare optimized listings and launch PPC campaigns for new products, monitor early performance, and adjust strategies to support sustainable growth.
• Performance Analysis & Growth Strategy: Analyze sales, advertising data, competitors, keywords, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop actionable strategies for improving revenue, profitability, and organic visibility.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance reports with clear insights, results, and next steps. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in the US marketplace.
• Strong practical PPC expertise, including campaign setup, optimization, keyword targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
• Experience with keyword research, listing SEO, and optimizing product content for visibility and conversions.
• Practical experience managing Amazon catalog issues, Seller Support cases, account health, and listing troubleshooting.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, data analysis, and bulk file management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A proactive, independent, and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage the account without constant supervision.
• Clear communication skills, transparency, and accountability for results.
• Conversational or fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Canva or Photoshop skills.
• Experience launching new products and scaling established Amazon listings.

We're looking for a hands-on growth operator to take full ownership of the funnel and turn this single product into a scalable, profitable acquisition engine.

The Mission

Take Kleem Organics' Retinol Cream from ~$300K/year to $10M/year on Shopify within 2 years. You'll own the entire funnel — Creative → Acquisition → Conversion → AOV → Retention → LTV → Profit — and be accountable for profitable growth, not just platform ROAS.

This is not a "run some ads" role. It's a part-time Growth/Performance Manager seat with real ownership: positioning, creative strategy, paid acquisition, CRO, and profitability all sit with you.

Core Responsibilities

Customer, Positioning & Offer

• Deeply understand the Retinol customer — pains, desires, objections, purchase triggers, desired transformation
• Continuously improve positioning, pricing, bundles, Subscribe & Save, promotions, guarantees, upsells and cross-sells

Creative Testing 

• Own the full creative testing process - angles, hooks, concepts, messaging
• Own UGC strategy: creator sourcing and briefs
• Identify winning creatives and systematically iterate on them

Paid Acquisition

• Personally own and manage Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus, not required)
• Make decisions based on profitability — not platform ROAS alone

Landing Pages & CRO

• Own the full journey from ad click → landing page → checkout → purchase
• Continuously improve CVR and AOV through structured experimentation

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3+ years of proven hands-on DTC/Shopify growth experience 
• Deep understanding of Shopify economics, profitability, and unit economics
• Beauty/skincare and/or supplements experience strongly preferred
• Personally managed $70K+/month paid-media budgets
• Strong Meta Ads expertise with hands-on campaign management (Google Ads is a plus)
• Proven CRO, landing page, and full-funnel optimization experience
• Experience building UGC/creator testing systems
• Strong understanding of retention, LTV, and profitable growth
• Comfortable working independently, without leaning on a large internal team
• Familiarity with Claude / Claude Code is a plus

🎯 Key Responsibilities
