About the Role 🚀

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Private Label Business Development Manager to build and develop our Private Label business from the ground up.

This is a newly established role with broad ownership and significant influence over the direction of the business.

You will evaluate two potential growth paths:

• Build from scratch: Identify promising product opportunities, validate market potential, develop product concepts, and lead the process from initial research through launch and growth.
• Acquire and scale: Research and evaluate existing Private Label brands or businesses, assess their commercial potential, and develop strategies to grow them after acquisition.

You will work directly with the Director of Ecommerce, contribute to strategic decisions, and have access to the resources needed to turn promising opportunities into business results.

The goal is simple: establish a successful Private Label business and take responsibility for making it grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to build the Private Label business from scratch or acquire existing brands and businesses.
• Conduct market, competitor, demand, and profitability research to validate product and business opportunities.
• Define product concepts, positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies based on market insights.
• Evaluate product economics, business potential, and investment feasibility to support strategic decisions.
• Lead end-to-end product development and Amazon launches, coordinating with internal teams on listings, content, design, and logistics.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, with a strong focus on Private Label.
• Proven experience launching Amazon Private Label products and contributing to their growth.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Manager to own how our brands look and who speaks for them.

You will turn brand guidelines, creators, and AI tools into a steady flow of content that sells on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Meta. This includes developing creative concepts, product angles, hooks, and briefs, managing creator relationships, and taking content from idea to publication.

You will work closely with the founder and Head of Shopify, with a direct impact on the brands’ direction and growth.

Success in 6 months looks like: one clear brand book per brand, a creator program running independently through the Seed → Affiliate → Partner stages, and a weekly creative output that feeds ads, listings, and social channels.

We are looking for an Operations Manager & Key Account Manager to take ownership of the company's operations across inventory, supply, marketplaces, and B2B.

📦 Управління роздрібними замовленнями

• Відстежувати та координувати замовлення на закупівлю (PO) від великих роздрібних партнерів, зокрема Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Walgreens, Kroger, HEB та інших.
• Забезпечувати своєчасне імпортування, обробку та передачу замовлень на виконання.
• Контролювати статус замовлень на всіх етапах — від отримання до остаточної доставки.
• Відстежувати заплановані дати доставки, MABD (Must Arrive By Dates — граничні дати, до яких замовлення мають надійти до отримувача), а також специфічні вимоги роздрібних партнерів до відправлень.
• Виявляти потенційні затримки та завчасно передавати інформацію про проблеми відповідним командам.

🛒 Координація роботи з 3PL та транспортними компаніями

• Щоденно комунікувати зі сторонніми логістичними провайдерами (3PL) та партнерами з виконання замовлень.
• Координувати виконання замовлень, графіки відправлень і транспортну логістику.
• Контролювати забір вантажів перевізниками, графіки доставки, інформацію для відстеження відправлень та підтвердження доставки (Proof of Delivery, POD).
• Контролювати затримані відправлення, пропущені часові слоти доставки та розбіжності під час доставки.
• Допомагати у вирішенні питань щодо відповідності вимогам роздрібних партнерів та інших операційних проблем.

📊 EDI та дотримання вимог роздрібних партнерів

• Відстежувати EDI-транзакції та з’ясовувати причини відсутності або помилок у документах, зокрема замовленнях на закупівлю (EDI 850), підтвердженнях відвантаження зі складу (EDI 945) та попередніх повідомленнях про відправлення (Advance Ship Notices, EDI 856).
• Координувати роботу з EDI-провайдерами, 3PL-партнерами та внутрішніми командами для вирішення проблем з інтеграціями й обміном даними.
• Забезпечувати відповідність замовлень індивідуальним вимогам роздрібних партнерів щодо маршрутизації, маркування, пакування та доставки.
• Допомагати аналізувати штрафи та утримання коштів з боку роздрібних партнерів (chargebacks), а також інші питання, пов’язані з недотриманням їхніх вимог.

• Вести точну звітність щодо відстеження замовлень і регулярно оновлювати інформацію про статус відправлень.
• Контролювати показники своєчасності доставки та виявляти потенційні операційні ризики.

Talents Boutique шукає Junior Sourcer до рекрутингової команди. Розглядаємо кандидатів, які починають кар’єру, завершили курси з рекрутингу або хочуть спробувати себе в новій сфері.

Попередній досвід у рекрутингу не обов’язковий. Ми забезпечуємо навчання, структуровану адаптацію та підтримку в роботі. Ви працюватимете в тісній співпраці з досвідченою рекрутеркою, навчатиметеся на реальних вакансіях та регулярно отримуватимете зворотний зв’язок.

Ми — міжнародна рекрутингова агенція, яка з 2018 року допомагає e-commerce-компаніям будувати команди. Працюємо з ринками США, Великої Британії, Європи, Латинської Америки та України. Наші напрямки — Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, маркетинг, креатив та інші ролі у сфері e-commerce.

🔎 Обов’язки

• Шукати кандидатів у LinkedIn, на job-платформах та за допомогою інших інструментів сорсингу.
• Переглядати профілі й резюме та визначати потенційну відповідність відкритим вакансіям.
• Писати кандидатам, уточнювати їхню зацікавленість, релевантний досвід і доступність.
• Вносити інформацію до рекрутингової системи та підтримувати актуальні статуси кандидатів.
• Разом із рекрутеркою опрацьовувати критерії пошуку, профілі кандидатів і пріоритети роботи.

✅ Вимоги

• Англійська від B1 — обов’язкова умова. Потрібно розуміти англомовні профілі й описи вакансій та вести базове письмове спілкування з кандидатами.
• Уважність до деталей і вміння структурувати інформацію.
• Готовність навчатися, ставити запитання та застосовувати зворотний зв’язок.
• Зрозуміла письмова комунікація та відповідальне ставлення до задач.
• Уміння визначати пріоритети та своєчасно відповідати протягом робочого дня.
• Власний ноутбук і стабільний інтернет.

Курси із сорсингу чи рекрутингу будуть перевагою, але не є обов’язковими.
