About the Company

CAPLORD is an established headwear brand that has been selling on Amazon US since 2017. We specialize in satin bonnets, satin-lined turbans and beanies, bamboo caps, and chemo headwear.

Our mission is to create comfortable, hair-protecting headwear that helps people feel confident, whether they are looking for everyday hair care or going through hair loss or cancer treatment.

We sell through Amazon US and operate as a lean, founder-led business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Amazon specialist who can take ownership of account and PPC management and drive the brand’s next stage of growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Amazon Operations Manager with strong PPC expertise and a solid understanding of listing optimization to take full ownership of our Amazon US account.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything related to Amazon, from advertising and catalog management to account health, listing performance, and growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder, who will continue to focus on product development, supplier relationships, and logistics.

You’ll be the first team member in the business, with the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and directly influence sales and profitability. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and treat the account as their own rather than waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Amazon Account Management: Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the Amazon Seller Central account, monitor account health, track sales and reviews, respond to customer messages, and resolve operational issues.
  • PPC Management: Build, manage, and optimize SP, SB, and SD campaigns. Conduct keyword research, optimize bids and budgets, monitor ACoS and TACoS, and improve advertising efficiency and profitability.
  • Listing Optimization: Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and keyword targeting to increase visibility, organic rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Listing Content & Visuals: Identify opportunities to improve product images, A+ Content, and the Brand Store. Prepare clear briefs and requirements for external designers and photographers, and conduct A/B tests where appropriate.
  • Catalog Management & Troubleshooting: Handle Seller Support cases and resolve catalog errors, suppressed listings, variation issues, incorrect categorization, reimbursement requests, and fee discrepancies.
  • Product Launches: Prepare optimized listings and launch PPC campaigns for new products, monitor early performance, and adjust strategies to support sustainable growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Growth Strategy: Analyze sales, advertising data, competitors, keywords, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop actionable strategies for improving revenue, profitability, and organic visibility.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance reports with clear insights, results, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in the US marketplace.
  • Strong practical PPC expertise, including campaign setup, optimization, keyword targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with keyword research, listing SEO, and optimizing product content for visibility and conversions.
  • Practical experience managing Amazon catalog issues, Seller Support cases, account health, and listing troubleshooting.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, data analysis, and bulk file management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive, independent, and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage the account without constant supervision.
  • Clear communication skills, transparency, and accountability for results.
  • Conversational or fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Canva or Photoshop skills.
  • Experience launching new products and scaling established Amazon listings.

Work Conditions & Benefits

  • Compensation: $2,000 per month fixed salary plus 10% of the growth you generate, with the performance bonus structure and calculation agreed upon in advance.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule focused on results.
  • Direct collaboration: Work directly with the founder in a lean, two-person core team.
  • Autonomy and ownership: Take the lead on the Amazon account, make decisions, and implement your own ideas.
  • Measurable impact: Your work will directly influence sales growth and business profitability.
  • Established business: Build on a brand with more than nine years of Amazon experience and an existing product portfolio.
  • Growth opportunities: Develop your skills across PPC, listing optimization, catalog operations, product launches, and e-commerce growth strategy.
