Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers as an advisor and expert, rather than an order taker
• Deep understanding of how quality hiring directly impacts business goals
• Ability to evaluate not only hard skills, but also soft skills, motivation, long-term potential, and culture fit
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy to drive the recruitment process and make sound decisions
• Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to tackle complex searches and find non-standard solutions

• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle 

   

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle hiring process for business-critical roles
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles, refine job requirements, and build tailored sourcing strategies
• Utilize diverse channels (Direct Search, Networking, Referral Programs) to uncover and engage top talent
• Conduct structured interviews evaluating candidates' hard/soft skills, values, and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure a seamless, transparent candidate journey with timely and constructive feedback at every stage
• Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring funnels, and contribute to employer branding initiatives
