In this role, you will:
- Find and engage with potential candidates
- Review profiles and assess candidate suitability
- Lead interviews and guide candidates through the hiring journey
- Develop and grow a strong talent pool
- Partner with international clients to understand their hiring needs
We’d love to meet someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency at B1 level or above
- A proactive approach and a strong focus on results
