Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with fluent English to join our team.
 

First of all, we are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and passion for their work. Someone who takes responsibility, cares about the result, and does not wait to be told what to do.

You take action quickly and don’t postpone things until the next day waiting for the perfect moment. 

You will work closely with a dedicated Sourcer, who will handle the sourcing for your vacancies. This means you can spend less time on repetitive sourcing tasks and focus more on candidates, interviews, client communication, and recruitment strategy.
 

The main part of this role is communication. You will speak with candidates, conduct interviews, and work directly with international clients. You will also lead clarification calls to understand what kind of candidates the client needs.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and screening calls with candidates.
• Communicate with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Write messages, follow up, and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate directly with international clients.
• Lead clarification calls for new vacancies.
• Ask clients about the role, requirements, team, and ideal candidate.
• Turn client requirements into clear search criteria.
• Present candidates to clients and provide recruitment updates.
• Build good relationships with candidates and clients.
• Take ownership of your vacancies and recruitment processes.
   

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Passion for recruitment and working with people.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage several vacancies in a rapid manner.
• Proactive and independent working style.
   

Nice to Have

• German language skills.
• Experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience working with international clients.

• Experience in a recruitment agency.
