Base X Tech is a fast-growing team building custom eCommerce and Shopify-based solutions for international clients. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to lead projects, communicate with clarity, and keep both clients and teams moving forward — without micromanagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple ongoing projects across time zones
• Lead clear and proactive communication with clients
• Translate business goals into actionable tasks and timelines
• Run team rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews
• Prioritize tasks and resources across design, development, and QA
• Own delivery timelines and monitor progress
• Identify blockers early and take initiative to resolve them

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 + year of experience as a PM in web development, digital, or agency environments
• Comfortable using ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of contracts, invoicing, and budgeting
• Familiarity with web product development workflows (ideally in eCommerce)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, professional, and timely communication
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English for direct communication with clients
• Basic understanding of SEO and how it affects product decisions and delivery

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Figma and design handoff
• Previous experience in cross-functional or remote-first teams

Responsibilities:

Managing product development projects;

Planning and coordinating all project activities;

Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation;

Organizing cooperation with the parties involved in implementing the project;

Leading and motivating the project team and assigning different tasks within the project;

Keeping up with the technological developments and the latest tendencies.

Candidate needs to be in Kyiv (or consider relocation). Hybrid type of work.

Requirements:

3+ years of project management experience in embedded firmware projects;

Experience in IT software development cycle and testing;

Professional interest in IT products, new technologies;

Experience in JIRA will be considered as an advantage;

Strong personality with good negotiation skills;

Experience in problem solving and analyzing information;

Embedded firmware development experience with C / C++, Linux — major plus;

English — mandatory A level
