We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in building and scaling our outbound engine across international markets.

If you know how to turn research into replies, and replies into real opportunities — you’ll fit right in.

This is not a “list-building” role. This is about creating predictable pipeline through smart, modern outreach (LinkedIn, email, AI tools, automation, and sharp targeting).

You’ll work closely with sales and founders to directly impact revenue and growth.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with international clients, where speed, ownership, and results matter.

You will work in a Zoom office format and use a time tracking tool to ensure transparency, focus, and structured execution of daily goals.

Working schedule is aligned with the New York (EST) time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale outbound lead generation pipelines for international B2B markets
• Identify, research, and segment high-potential prospects based on ICP
• Run personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email
• Craft and optimize messaging that drives replies and qualified interest
• Maintain and manage structured lead databases (CRM / spreadsheets / tools)
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and pass warm opportunities to sales
• Continuously test and improve outreach strategies, copy, and targeting
• Monitor performance metrics (reply rates, conversion rates, lead quality)
• Collaborate with sales to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy

• Contribute to improving overall outbound systems and processes

  Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Sales, or Outbound roles
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and modern outbound strategies
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
• Ability to research, segment, and clearly define ICPs
• Strong written English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher for outreach)
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Proactive, test-and-learn mindset with focus on results and ownership

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Web (React) and Backend (Node.js), who can also leverage AI-powered development assistants (such as Cursor) to accelerate and optimize development, to join our US-based team. We work in a highly collaborative environment with real-time communication and often use Zoom for pair programming, debugging, and fast decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
• Develop server-rendered features, API routes, and optimized page rendering with Next.js.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js).
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless client-server communication.
• Manage data storage solutions: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Containerize applications with Docker and participate in CI/CD workflows.
• Write modular and integration tests using Mocha, Jest, or similar frameworks.
• Follow security best practices to protect applications and user data.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Must-Have Skills:

• AI-Accelerated Development: Proven ability to leverage AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor (or similar tools) to speed up development tasks, code reviews, and debugging.
• Backend Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Front-End Mastery: Strong command of React and Next.js for modern web development.
• API Design: Solid experience creating and consuming RESTful services.
• Async Programming: Deep understanding of asynchronous patterns (async/await, Promises).
• Testing & Debugging: Hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Containerization & CI/CD: Experience with Docker and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and pull-request workflows.
• Communication: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for technical coordination and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Skills in UI/UX design and responsive styling (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind).
• Team leadership or mentorship experience.
