    What You Will Own

    β€” Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
    β€” Design as a system, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
    β€” Customer insight & feedback loop: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
    β€” UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives, ensuring product clarity and consistency
    β€” Experience-driven roll-out of new features: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
    β€” Close collaboration with Product Managers to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
    β€” Leadership of the Product Design function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
    β€” Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in a fintech environment

    • Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., KYC, AML, audit logs, data protection) into backlog and specifications.
    • Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure solution readiness.
    • Identify potential regulatory risks early and communicate them proactively.

    Backlog & Roadmap Management

    • Own backlog structure, clarity, and readiness.
    • Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with Product Managers based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
    • Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
    • Support roadmap planning with structured breakdown and delivery sequencing.
    • Maintain transparency of dependencies across teams.

    Mobile Product Lifecycle Support

    • Ensure requirements account for mobile-specific considerations (platform differences, UX flows, performance constraints, security, app store policies).
    • Support mobile release planning and readiness validation.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine user journeys and flows.

    Agile / Scrum Facilitation

    • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

    • Monitor sprint progress and ensure impediments are identified and resolved.

    You will work closely with our Head of Product, CTO, and a talented team of 6 full-stack developers and 4 QA engineers. About half the team works remotely and/or speaks Ukranian.

     

     

    What You Will Do

     

    • Master the Domain: Proactively learn the deep technical logic of our SaaS platform, data analytics, and EU tachograph legislation to become our absolute internal product expert.

     

    • Translate Strategy to Execution: Act as the primary bridge between the Head of Product and the development/QA teams. You will translate high-level Epics into flawlessly detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

     

    • Product Analytics & Optimization: Define, set up, and track product analytics for both internal and customer use. Analyze data from PostHog, MS Clarity, and Google Analytics to identify adoption trends, UX gaps, and friction points (e.g., dead clicks).

     

    • Internal Product Expert: Serve as the go-to technical point of contact for our sales and customer support teams. You will answer complex product questions and collaborate with support and marketing to translate new features into clear, user-friendly knowledge base articles, release notes, and product manuals.

     

    • Release Management: Manage the backlog in Jira, prioritize sprint deliverables alongside the Head of Product, and orchestrate a logical release schedule.

    • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical PO or Business Analyst in a complex B2B SaaS environment.

     

    • Technical & Data Aptitude: Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles, API logic, and data-heavy platforms. You know how to set up and analyze product metrics to drive UX improvements.

    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

    This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants to develop both marketing and technical coordination skills.

     

    You’ll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects while learning how to manage client relationships and internal workflows. You’ll act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
