We are looking for a Scrum Master (Middle) who can not only effectively facilitate team work but also contribute during the presale stage: gathering and shaping requirements, participating in client negotiations, supporting the sales team, and performing part of the Business Analyst functions.
This role is for someone who can balance between delivery, client expectations, and maintaining a healthy and motivated team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Practical business analysis skills: user stories, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria.
- Participation in presale: requirements gathering, clarifying business goals, preparing initial estimates.
- Fluent English.
AI & Digital Tools:
- Confident use of AI tools to enhance analytical work, streamline operations, and improve productivity.
- Experience applying AI for requirements analysis, documentation, and knowledge management.
- Familiarity with using digital collaboration and automation tools (e.g., Atlassian stack, Miro, AI-powered assistants).
Nice to have:
- SAFe® certification / PSM II / PSM III / ICAgile certification.
- Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, or presale workshops.
- Understanding of UI/UX and SDLC.
