Product Definition & Management

• Participate in product roadmap planning with the Management Team.
• Define high-level product requirements and present them to the development team.

• Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to produce and iterate on visual designs.

Product Analytics & Feedback Ownership

• Plan analytic events for tracking feature adoption as part of sprint definitions.
• Monitor ongoing adoption metrics in PostHog and present insights to the Management Team on a regular basis.
• Process feature requests and user feedback from all channels (support chats, in-app forms, marketplaces, etc.).
• Conduct comparative research on competitors’ products and features.
   

Knowledge Base Maintenance & Support Enablement

• Create and update public Knowledge Base articles for new or updated functionality.
• Write public release notes for new releases and features.
• Prepare internal release notes and conduct product training sessions for Customer Support and Success teams.
• Assist the Customer Support and Marketing teams with advanced inquiries about functionality, use cases, or roadmap items.
   

Partners & Integrators

• Maintain direct communication with partners (e.g., CRM platforms building integrations with TimelinesAI) and integrators (agencies reselling or implementing TimelinesAI).
• Provide timely responses to technical and product-related inquiries.
• Participate in Sales or Customer Success demo sessions as a hands-on product expert.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 4 years of overall product management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of product management experience in a PLG SaaS environment (must be your most recent / current position).
• Proven experience working in fully remote teams with asynchronous written communication.
• High proficiency with PostHog, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with all stages of Product Management and Product Analytics as outlined above.

Кого ми шукаємо

PM / Project Coordinator, який:

• вже працював з IT-командами та в ідеалі в Гемблінгу, але не обовʼязково(dev, QA, integrations, iGaming)
• комфортно почувається у структурованих процесах
• готовий брати відповідальність, а не лише “фасилітувати”

Основні задачі

• Робота з iGaming-продуктом під менторством Senior PM
• Координація задач між development, QA, content та integrations
• Контроль delivery-процесів, таймлайнів та залежностей
• Щоденна робота в Jira (борди, статуси, пріоритети)
• Ведення документації в Confluence
• Відстеження ризиків і дедлайнів
• Своєчасна ескалація блокерів
• Підготовка статус-апдейтів та звітів
• Комунікація з внутрішніми стейкхолдерами та зовнішніми провайдерами

Обов’язкові вимоги

• 1+ рік досвіду в ролі PM / Project Coordinator  в IT
• Практичний досвід роботи з Jira та Confluence
• Розуміння Agile-підходів (Scrum / Kanban)
• Базове розуміння SDLC
• Досвід або чітке розуміння iGaming / online casino / betting-продуктів
• Вміння працювати з пріоритетами та дедлайнами

Ми шукаємо Delivery Manager, який мислить як інтегратор повного циклу продукту — від ідеї та вимог до передачі в маспродакшн.
Це не просто координація задач — це управління життєвим циклом продукту, де з’єднуються розробка, інтеграція, тестування, виробництво та користувацький фідбек.
Ви — точка узгодження між продактами, інженерними командами й продакшном, що забезпечує ефективний і прогнозований delivery складних технологічних продуктів.

Основні задачі:

• Управління повним циклом delivery: від прийому вимог від продакта до готового продукту в mass production.
• Оркестрація крос-функціональних команд (HW, SW, Embedded, QA, механіка, NPI, виробництво).
• Управління релізами: планування, синхронізація команд, контроль залежностей, демо, реліз-огляди, ретроспективи.
• Процесна аналітика: моніторинг статусів, ризиків, прогнозування прогресу та впровадження метрик продуктивності, ефективності й прогнозованості.
• Робота з якістю: інтеграція quality gates, взаємодія з QMS системами, участь у перевірках відповідності QA-критеріям.
• Узгодження з продуктом: трансляція бачення продакта в конкретні delivery-плани, розуміння користувацьких потреб і фідбеку, що лежать в основі вимог.
• Фасилітація та усунення перешкод: допомога командам фокусуватись, усунення організаційних чи технічних блокерів.
• Постійне вдосконалення процесів: ініціювання і впровадження змін, що підвищують швидкість і передбачуваність розробки.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• 4+ років досвіду у Delivery / Project / Program Management у R&D, hardware або продуктових командах.
• Розуміння PDLC / SDLC та ключових фаз продуктового життєвого циклу (від discovery до mass production).
• Досвід управління крос-функціональними командами в середовищі з апаратною, програмною та виробничою складовими.
• Практичне знання Agile / Kanban / Lean як інструментів мислення і системного покращення.
• Розуміння принципів Quality Assurance / QMS / quality gates та досвід роботи з метриками продуктивності.
• Високий рівень фасилітації, комунікації та лідерства, здатність вести команду через складність.
• Сильне системне мислення: уміння бачити взаємозв’язки між продуктовими, технічними та виробничими процесами.
   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід у miltech, defense, manufacturing або hardware product development.
• Технічний бекграунд (інженерія, embedded, електроніка, автоматизація).
• Досвід побудови процесів delivery або впровадження систем прогнозування ефективності.

Зараз ми шукаємо Product Manager, який/яка буде працювати над вебпорталом і мобільним застосунком Мрії в продуктовій команді. 

Наша команда шукає людину, яка:

• Має 1–2 роки досвіду (product manager, product owner, project manager, product marketing manager, business analyst) в проведенні досліджень, формуванні вимог, роботі з метриками
• Розробляла веб- або мобільні B2C застосунки в продуктових командах 
• Вміє проводити користувацькі інтерв'ю 
• Бажає проявляти ініціативу та зростати 
• Має високу увагу, навіть прискіпливість до деталей 
• Має досвід роботи з менеджмент-інструментами (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana) 
• Знання англійської на рівні В1 і вище

Буде перевагою:  

• Вміння працювати з аналітичними платформами (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Досвід роботи над продуктом в освітній сфері

Чим ви будете займатися: 

• Допомагати Product Owner із побудовою та імплементацією продуктового роадмапу, а також із дослідженнями, розробкою вимог і комунікацією з розробниками 
• Тісно співпрацювати з крос-функціональними командами (розробки, дизайну, бізнес-аналізу і дата-аналітики) для покращення користувацького досвіду
• Проводити дослідження ринку
• Прописувати вимоги для розробки, брати участь у створенні продуктових вимог від ідеї до реалізації
• Формувати сценарії та гайди для інтервʼю, проводити їх із користувачами
• Допомагати аналізувати поведінку користувачів та їхню взаємодію з продуктом 
• Працювати над нетиповими завданнями разом із Product Owner — ідеться, наприклад, про впровадження Мрії в школах чи позашкільних закладах освіти або навчання вчителів

Ми шукаємо Project Manager для участі у впровадженні enterprise-рішень автоматизації складської логістики (Qguar WMS Pro).

Це роль не про координацію задач, а про повну відповідальність за результат.

Нам потрібен спеціаліст, який глибоко розуміє складські процеси, не боїться технічних деталей і здатен стати власником проєкту впровадження — від першої зустрічі з клієнтом до стабільної роботи системи в продакшені.

Що потрібно робити:

• Керувати повним циклом впровадження WMS:
  передпроєктний аналіз, збір і формалізація вимог, планування, запуск, стабілізація та підтримка після go-live.
• Виконувати роль Business Analyst:
  описувати складські процеси (приймання, зберігання, комплектація, відвантаження), готувати ТЗ, функціональні описи та діаграми, адаптувати вимоги клієнта до стандартного функціоналу з мінімальною кастомізацією.
• Працювати з системою “руками”:
  конфігурувати Qguar WMS Pro, аналізувати дані в Oracle DB, використовувати PL/SQL для перевірки та діагностики.
• Координувати інтеграції:
  WMS ↔ ERP, TMS, зовнішнє обладнання, API-сервіси.
• Керувати очікуваннями клієнта:
  комунікація зі стейкхолдерами, контроль бюджету, термінів, якості та ризиків проєкту.
• Навчати користувачів та супроводжувати запуск у промислову експлуатацію.
   

Ідеальний кандидат:

• Досвід впровадження WMS — must-have
  Ви вже працювали з Qguar, SAP EWM, Manhattan або аналогічними системами й добре розумієте складську логістику на практиці.
• Сильна технічна база
  Розуміння архітектури систем, принципів роботи Oracle DB, базовий SQL / PL-SQL, логіка API-інтеграцій.
• Аналітичне мислення
  Вмієте чітко формалізувати вимоги в ТЗ та функціональних описах.
• PM-експертиза
  Досвід роботи з Waterfall / Agile, впевнене володіння інструментами планування (MS Project або аналоги).
• Автономність і відповідальність
  Здатні самостійно вести проєкт, приймати рішення та працювати з невизначеністю.
