The Role:

What you'll actually do

You'll own content strategy and production for 2-3 client projects at a time. That means you're responsible for the full picture: what content gets created, why it gets created, and whether it performs.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Running keyword and topic research to find what's worth writing about (and what's not)
• Creating content that ranks in search AND gets cited by AI models. These are two different problems, and you'll need to think about both.
• Building and using AI-powered workflows for content production. We don't write everything from scratch — we use Claude, custom prompts, and other tools to move fast without losing quality.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an SEO Content Manager to join our team and take full ownership of a new multilingual review website, including content, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the site. Organize processes, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
• Site and product management. Manage WordPress (themes, plugins, performance, security), UX, and workflow automation.
• Multilingual infrastructure. Set up hreflang, URL structure, language switcher, AI-powered translations, and localized SEO.
• Content strategy. Plan content, define editorial standards, ensure E-E-A-T quality, and occasionally write or edit content.
• Technical SEO and analytics. Manage crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, internal linking, GA4, Search Console, and track visibility.

Overview:
We are hiring an experienced UG Content Manager to handle sourcing creators, managing
production, and delivering high-performing video ads. This is a management + execution role (not
on-camera).

Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit UGC creators (TikTok, Instagram, marketplaces, etc.)
- Write clear briefs (hooks, scripts, angles, CTAs)
- Manage creators, timelines, and content delivery
- Negotiate rates and handle payments
Review content, request revisions, and ensure qualit
Edit/finalize videos for ads (or manage editing
- Organize content and track performance
- Work with media buyers to improve creatives

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing UGC creators (must show past results)
- Strong outreach and negotiation skills
- Experience with paid social creatives (direct response)
