Ми шукаємо в команду  CRM маркетолога, який допоможе розвивати системну комунікацію з клієнтами бренду, працювати з клієнтською базою та підсилювати повторні продажі через персоналізований маркетинг.

Основна задача:

Будувати та масштабувати комунікацію з клієнтами через CRM-канали з фокусом на результат і revenue.

Обовʼязки:

• щоденна робота з базою клієнтів
• сегментація аудиторії (нові / активні / сплячі / VIP)
• створення та запуск email / SMS / push / месенджер розсилок
• побудова тригерних ланцюжків (welcome, repeat, reactivation тощо)
• розробка логіки комунікацій під різні сегменти
• тестування гіпотез та оптимізація кампаній
• аналіз результатів і покращення ефективності

Зона відповідальності:

• розвиток CRM-системи
• підвищення LTV клієнтів
• зростання повторних покупок
• збільшення revenue з CRM-каналів

Вимоги:

MUST HAVE:

• досвід роботи з CRM у e-commerce
• розуміння LTV, retention, repeat purchase
• досвід роботи з email / SMS / push каналами
• аналітичне мислення
• досвід роботи з сегментацією бази

Буде плюсом:

• досвід у fashion / retail
• робота з Klaviyo / eSputnik
• досвід запуску програм лояльності
•

Шукаємо Content Author / Content Publisher (Contentful) для клієнта (міжнародна група компаній у сфері маркетингу, реклами та digital solutions). 
 

Основні вимоги:

• ОБОВ'ЯЗКОВО практичний досвід роботи з Contentful
• Досвід у ролях Content Author / Content Editor / Content Publisher / CMS Specialist від 2 років
• Рівень: Junior+ / Middle / Strong Middle
• Розуміння процесів публікації контенту, структурованого контенту, workflow approval
• Бажано досвід роботи з enterprise / marketing / digital environments
• Увага до деталей, швидкість роботи, самостійність
• Англійська B2+ / Upper-Intermediate
