We're a fully remote back-office for repair contractors across America — handling marketing, sales, crew management, and quality control so they can focus on the work itself. 5+ years on the market, 100+ team members, 30,000+ completed projects in 30+ US cities.

We're growing our B2B partner network and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships — not just managing a contact list.

What you'll do:

— Own a portfolio of B2B partners: interior designers, general contractors across the US

— Stay proactively in touch — calls, messages — so partners think of us first when a new project comes up

— Track partner status in CRM, resolve issues quickly, gather feedback

— Spot opportunities for repeat orders and referrals from existing partners

What we're looking for:

— 1+ year in account management, B2B sales, or client service

— English B2+ spoken and written — you'll work directly with American clients

— You know how to build real trust remotely, not just send check-in emails

— Organized, can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball

— CRM experience

Nice to have: background in construction, renovation, or interior design / prior experience working with US clients

• 3+ years of Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development experience in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with slot games (provider, operator, aggregator, or platform)
• Strong understanding of the slots ecosystem and commercial performance drivers
• Experience growing partner revenue and managing strategic accounts
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with performance data and reports
• Fluent English (C1) and Ukrainian

• Manage a portfolio of operators, aggregators, and platform partners
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive GGR growth through game launches, promotions, tournaments, and commercial initiatives
• Negotiate game placements, lobby visibility, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare business reviews
• Coordinate game releases with Product, Marketing, Integration, Support, and Finance teams
• Gather partner feedback and market insights to improve products and commercial strategy
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

• Experience working with Tier 1 operators
• Experience launching games across multiple markets
• Knowledge of regional player preferences and promotional mechanics
• Experience with CRM systems, BI dashboards, and revenue reporting

Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії:

 Розвантаження комерційного блоку:

- Повне ведення та сервісна підтримка діючих корпоративних клієнтів середньої та високої складності.

- Координація бухгалтерських та юридичних запитів, погодження договорів, ДУ, контроль виставлення рахунків, закриття актів виконаних робіт, проведення звірок. (Готові пояснити та підсказати)

- Зняття рутинної операційної, адміністративної та процесної роботи з BD & Sales частини команди.

Виступати «точкою контролю» на етапах з підвищеним ризиком помилок, ініціювати покращення процесів разом із Head / Senior менеджерами.

Челенджі на три місяці: 

1 місяць: Повний онбординг, вивчення end-to-end процесів департаменту. Успішне прийняття першого пулу клієнтів середньої складності під контроль тіммейта.

2 місяць: Самостійне та безпомилкове закриття звітного періоду (акти, рахунки, звірки) по закріплених клієнтах без ескалації на керівника. Налагодження безшовної комунікації з юристами та бухгалтерією.

3 місяць: Повна автономність у ролі. Успішне прийняття операційного навантаження в одному з поточних проектів змін. Показник задоволеності закріплених клієнтів (CSI) — на цільовому рівні.

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться: 

• 1-3 роки досвіду з корпоративними клієнтами (бажано B2B)
• вміння вести складну комунікацію з клієнтами та вирішувати нестандартні запити

• навички аналізу операційних процесів та виявлення вузьких місць

• вміння працювати з даними: аналіз показників, підготовка висновків та рекомендацій

• системне мислення та self-management: здатність бачити процеси end-to-end, самостійно знаходити та усувати першопричини проблем, формулювати й тестувати гіпотези та ефективно пріоритезувати задачі в умовах високого навантаження 

• досвід крос-функціональної взаємодії з фінансовими, бухгалтерськими та юридичними департаментами (робота з договорами, додатковими угодами, рахунками, звірками та первинною документацією).

This is an entry-level role.
