Job description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience and a strong ability to craft clear, valuable, and engaging written communication. This is a full-time remote position suitable for a Middle+ level specialist.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and tech teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients.
  • Monitor usage metrics, client health indicators, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights internally to influence product improvements.
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations in collaboration with leadership.

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Experience in fintech, credit scoring, risk analytics, fraud prevention or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of API-based products and data-driven solutions (technical literacy is important).
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and client data.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proactive, ownership-driven and commercially minded.
