Account Manager B2B (USA)
Supplax is a US-based company with a Ukrainian team. We're a fully remote back-office for repair contractors across America โ handling marketing, sales, crew management, and quality control so they can focus on the work itself. 5+ years on the market, 100+ team members, 30,000+ completed projects in 30+ US cities.
We're growing our B2B partner network and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships โ not just managing a contact list.
What you'll do:
โ Own a portfolio of B2B partners: interior designers, general contractors across the US
โ Stay proactively in touch โ calls, messages โ so partners think of us first when a new project comes up
โ Track partner status in CRM, resolve issues quickly, gather feedback
โ Spot opportunities for repeat orders and referrals from existing partners
What we're looking for:
โ 1+ year in account management, B2B sales, or client service
โ English B2+ spoken and written โ you'll work directly with American clients
โ You know how to build real trust remotely, not just send check-in emails
โ Organized, can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
โ CRM experience
Nice to have: background in construction, renovation, or interior design / prior experience working with US clients
