About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Partner Development Manager to build and scale our global partner network. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or SaaS partnerships, excited to take ownership of partnership strategy and execution from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team, help define our partner playbook, identify and onboard new resellers, referral and WhiteLabel partners, and actively support their success.

    Key tasks:

• Build and launch a scalable partner program (reseller, referral, and white-label);
• Create and adapt partner program materials: agreements, onboarding docs, sales enablement kits, etc.;
• Conduct market research and identify high-potential regions and verticals;
• Source and engage with prospective partners (VARs, resellers, consultants, integrators);
• Lead product demos, partnership negotiations, and deal closures;
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement;

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve partner success.

   

    Skills and required competencies:

• 3+ years of experience building and managing B2B and/or SaaS partner programs;
• Proven experience in partner acquisition and enablement;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and project management skills;

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Шукаємо Business Development Manager для підсилення команди Business Development. Ти будеш масштабувати supply напрямок продукту: ресьорчити, аналізувати та спілкуватися.
 

Детальніше про задачі:
— Повний цикл залучення партнерів: від пошуку до онбордингу та комунікації протягом співпраці;
— Розробка системи мотивації партнерів;
— Аналіз перформансу партнерів, підготовка аналітики за періоди;
— Моніторинг ринку, конкурентів та пошук нових можливостей для розвитку бізнесу;
— Створення контенту для сторінок в соцмережах.
 

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатися до команди:
— Попередній досвід роботи з людьми (business development, support, sales, recruiting etc.);
— Гарні комунікативні навички, уміння вести перемовини;
— Проактивність, високий рівень самоорганізації та здатність самостійно знаходити рішення;
— Інтерес до автоматизації процесів та використання AI-інструментів у роботі;
— Бажання навчатися та розвиватися;
— Рівень англійської від Intermediate.

Шукаємо Account Manager / Client Success Manager, який/яка підхопить комунікацію з новими клієнтами після першого контакту та візьме на себе їх подальший супровід.

Основні задачі
• Вести комунікацію з клієнтами до та після підписання договору.
• Бути основною контактною особою для клієнта в щоденній взаємодії.
• Вести ділове листування та усну комунікацію англійською мовою.
• Координувати запити клієнтів, фіксувати домовленості та контролювати наступні кроки.
• Підтримувати високий рівень сервісу та тримати керівника в курсі по статусу комунікації.

Що для нас важливо
• Англійська — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
• Досвід роботи на позиції Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Client Manager.
• Досвід бізнес-листування та ведення клієнтської комунікації.
• Самостійність, відповідальність, уважність до деталей та вміння тримати процеси під контролем.
