We are looking for a commercially driven Slots Account Manager who understands the slots market and knows how to build strong partnerships, grow GGR, and maximize game performance across operator platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development experience in iGaming
- Hands-on experience with slot games (provider, operator, aggregator, or platform)
- Strong understanding of the slots ecosystem and commercial performance drivers
- Experience growing partner revenue and managing strategic accounts
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with performance data and reports
- Fluent English (C1) and Ukrainian
- Manage a portfolio of operators, aggregators, and platform partners
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive GGR growth through game launches, promotions, tournaments, and commercial initiatives
- Negotiate game placements, lobby visibility, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare business reviews
- Coordinate game releases with Product, Marketing, Integration, Support, and Finance teams
- Gather partner feedback and market insights to improve products and commercial strategy
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
- Experience working with Tier 1 operators
- Experience launching games across multiple markets
- Knowledge of regional player preferences and promotional mechanics
- Experience with CRM systems, BI dashboards, and revenue reporting
