Account Manager

IT Outstaffing / Outsourcing
 

Digis is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage existing client relationships, coordinate cooperation between clients and internal teams, and drive account growth.

Most of our cooperation is based on the IT outstaffing model, although we also work with projects developed from scratch.
 

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT
• At least 1 recent year as an Account Manager in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working directly with developers and participating in hiring for existing clients
• Ability to independently manage priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines
   

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong client relationships, gather feedback, identify risks, and resolve cooperation issues
• Coordinate communication between clients, developers, recruitment, finance, and management
• Maintain regular communication with developers regarding project status, workload, and challenges
• Identify upsell and account growth opportunities
• Coordinate hiring for existing clients: clarify requirements, open vacancies, monitor recruitment progress, and organize client interviews
• Manage operational matters including vacations, sick leaves, time logs, reporting, billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
   

Team & Work Setup

• Team: 5 Account Managers + Account Management Team Lead + CEO
• Around 10–15 accounts per Account Manager
• Average client team size: approximately 3 developers
• Working schedule: approximately 10:00–19:00 CET
• Tools: Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion
