    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the game portfolio across multiple projects;
    • Add, configure, and update games using the back office and website tools;
    • Test and monitor game performance to ensure quality and stability;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers and aggregators, staying up to date with new releases, features, and promotions;
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and select games that match player preferences;
    • Collaborate with the retention and marketing teams to launch targeted campaigns that increase player engagement and game performance;
    • Analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve game offerings;
    • Proactively suggest ideas to increase demand and competitiveness of products and promotions;
    • Maintain and regularly update the department’s knowledge base and documentation.

       

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry;
    • Native knowledge of Ukrainian language;
    • English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams;
    • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for quality results;
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
