V současnosti hledáme Manažera prodeje pro NOVA POST v České republice, který bude zodpovědný za vedení obchodních jednání, uzavírání obchodů a plnění stanovených prodejních cílů.

Co budeš dělat

• Aktivně vyhledávat nové B2B i B2C klienty a rozvíjet obchodní příležitosti
• Řídit celý obchodní proces od prvního kontaktu až po podpis smlouvy
• Samostatně oslovovat potenciální zákazníky — cold calling, networking, osobní schůzky, eventy, doporučení
• Prezentovat služby Nova Post a vést obchodní jednání online i osobně
• Připravovat obchodní nabídky a vyjednávat podmínky spolupráce
• Aktivně jezdit za klienty a budovat dlouhodobé vztahy
• Pracovat s CRM a udržovat obchodní pipeline přehledně a aktuálně
• Spolupracovat s Account Management týmem při předání klienta do péče

Koho hledáme

• Máš alespoň 2 roky zkušeností v salesu (B2B i/nebo B2C)
• Zkušenost z logistiky, přepravy, e-commerce je velké plus
• Nečekáš pasivně na leady — umíš si klienty aktivně najít a oslovit
• Baví tě obchod, vyjednávání a práce v terénu
• Jsi samostatný/á, proaktivní a orientovaný/á na výsledky
• Umíš efektivně komunikovat a budovat vztahy
• Čeština minimálně B2
