We are hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to help take the affiliate channel from strong to dominant.

This is a revenue ownership role for someone who already knows the affiliate market, has an active network, understands traffic economics, and can scale quality volume without sacrificing margin.

You will not be judged by how many partners you talk to.

You will be judged by the quality of traffic, the strength of unit economics, and the revenue contribution you create.

What you will do:

Partner acquisition and growth

• Source, onboard, reactivate, and scale high-value affiliates from your own network and the wider market
• Build and deepen relationships across the traffic landscape: streamers, KOLs, X/Twitter influencers, Telegram and Discord communities, SEO affiliates, PPC affiliates, media buyers, and programmatic media buying teams
• Expand the active partner portfolio across priority GEOs and high-value traffic segments

KPI and funnel ownership

• Own the full affiliate funnel: click -> reg -> first deposit -> second deposit -> ROI

About Us:

We are an outsourcing company working on top-tier projects, ranging from large corporations to government departments. Now we are looking for a Strong Middle Fullstack JavaScript Developer who can independently drive tasks, make architectural decisions, and maintain high code quality across the stack.

Key Responsibilities
