Role overview:

We're hiring our first Customer Support Generalist to own the front line of customer interactions across our platform. This is a new role, which means you'll help define what great support looks like at CUCollaborate as we scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Product / Web Data Analyst to own and evolve our analytics ecosystem.

This role requires much more than reporting. The successful candidate will become an expert in our product, customer journeys, data architecture, and measurement framework. They will be expected to understand how data is generated, where it comes from, how it is processed, and how it should be interpreted to support product and business decisions.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys investigating complex systems, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Deep Product Understanding

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product, business model, customer lifecycle, and key success metrics.
• Map and analyze user journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and behavioral patterns throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support data-driven decision-making across Product, Marketing, CRM, and Leadership teams.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Work directly with raw event-level data stored in BigQuery.

Requirements:

- Experience working with CRM systems (configuration, administration, and analytics).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Business Objects (BO) tools.

Responsibilities:
