We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:

This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.

What You’ll Own

Product Marketing & Positioning

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment

Movadex is a product engineering studio that helps startups design, build, and launch complex digital products. Over the past decade we have partnered with founders and venture-backed companies to build MVPs, scale products, and extend engineering teams.

We are looking for an exceptional outbound growth operator who can build a predictable pipeline of high-value projects with startup founders and venture-backed companies.

This role is not about sending mass cold emails. The goal is to generate qualified founder conversations that lead to $50k–$150k product development engagements.

What you will do

You will be responsible for building Movadex’s outbound pipeline and generating qualified discovery calls with startup founders.

Your work will include:

• Identifying funded startups that likely need MVP development, product rebuilds, or engineering team extension

• Building highly targeted prospect lists using funding signals, hiring signals, and product launch signals

• Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)

• Crafting personalized outreach to founders and product leaders

• Booking discovery calls with qualified prospects

• Working with the Movadex leadership team to convert opportunities into proposals and projects

• Continuously improving messaging, targeting, and outbound infrastructure

Success in this role

Within your first 90 days we expect:

• 40–60 qualified founder conversations

• 15+ product discovery calls

• 5+ proposals sent

• 1–2 closed projects ($50k+)

Within 6 months the goal is to build a $500k+ qualified pipeline.

Ideal background

We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell complex technical services to startups.

You likely have:

• 3–6+ years in outbound sales or demand generation

• Experience selling software development, product engineering, or technical consulting services

• Experience closing deals in the $30k–$200k range

• Experience targeting US or EU startup founders

• A track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound

Bonus if you have worked with:

• VC-backed startups

• startup studios or product agencies

• founders preparing products for fundraising or accelerators

Tools and systems experience

You should be comfortable building outbound systems using modern GTM tools.

• Execute pleso therapy’s social media strategy across all key markets (Ukraine, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania).
• Make social media a reliable growth channel: create content that not only engages, but also converts into therapy bookings and revenue.
• Develop and manage content calendars and oversee content creation with the team so it aligns with business and community goals in each market.
• Grow pleso therapy’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and Facebook with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Track performance across channels and provide regular reports and insights.
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features and proactively test fresh ideas.

• Partner with marketing and product teams on key campaigns, launches, and events, providing social support from concept to reporting.

   

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• 1+ year of experience in social media management
• Proven results in growing and selling via Instagram, TikTok, and Threads (case studies or links are a plus).
• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Confident with social media analytics — you know what to track and why.
• Comfortable with community management: comments, DMs, basic moderation.
• Curious about trends and open to testing new formats and ideas.
• Able to turn product and mental health topics into engaging, human content.

👍 Would Be An Advantage:

• Experience in mental health / health / wellness projects.
• Experience supporting launches, campaigns, or events via social media.
• Experience working with a content team (copywriters, designers, video editors).
• Bonus points if you enjoy psychology, read regularly, or already attend therapy

1. Introductory call (30 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
2. Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
3. Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our Lead SMM Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
4. Final interview. A strategic conversation with CMO.
5. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
