Senior PPC/ Performance Marketing Manager (US Market, Google, Meta)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team full-time.
You will manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for US-based businesses, working across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.

Responsibilities
• Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for the US market.
• Optimize lead generation funnels and landing pages.
• Improve CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Work with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with a small, highly experienced team.
Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience.
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing campaigns for the US market.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work full-time during US PST hours.
