Senior Project Manager
Шукаємо Senior Project Manager для організації та координації Change & Release Management корпоративної платформи, що охоплює близько 10 ключових застосунків.
Проєкт передбачає управління змінами на основі ITIL та побудову централізованого управління релізами: від планування й узгодження до контролю якості та випуску.
Робота передбачена у форматі Managed Service. Команда відповідає за операційне виконання процесів у взаємодії з внутрішнім Service Owner клієнта, який несе загальну відповідальність за сервіс.
Задачі:
- Управління та координація процесу змін на основі ITIL, забезпечення його операційного виконання;
- Участь у побудові централізованого Release Management та організація його подальшої роботи;
- Планування, координація та контроль виконання релізів для близько 10 ключових застосунків;
- Узгодження планів і графіків релізів, організація комунікації між учасниками процесу;
- Контроль якості, тестового покриття та забезпечення контрольованого випуску релізів;
- Взаємодія із Service Owner клієнта з дотриманням визначених зон відповідальності, правил управління та вимог комплаєнсу.
Вимоги:
- Щонайменше 7 років досвіду в управлінні ІТ-проєктами;
- Сертифікація ITIL та розуміння застосування ITIL-практик в управлінні ІТ-сервісами;
- Досвід координації технічних команд і стейкхолдерів у межах спільного плану робіт;
- Навички планування, управління ризиками й залежностями, контролю термінів та виконання домовленостей;
- Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки ПЗ, процесів тестування та випуску релізів;
- Досвід узгодження пріоритетів, вирішення конфліктів у плануванні та комунікації про статус робіт і проблемні питання;
- Уміння формалізувати процеси, зони відповідальності та робочі процедури;
- Досвід роботи з інструментами управління проєктами та задачами;
- Впевнена письмова та усна англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced.
Буде плюсом:
- Практичний досвід у Change Management та/або Release Management;
- Досвід побудови та впровадження ITSM-процесів;
- Досвід роботи у форматі Managed Service;
- Знання німецької мови.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to organize and coordinate change and release management for an enterprise platform comprising approximately 10 core applications.
The project involves ITIL-based change management and the establishment of centralized release management, from planning and coordination through quality assurance and deployment.
The service will be delivered through a managed service model. The team will manage day-to-day service delivery, working with the client’s internal Service Owner, who retains overall accountability for the service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the ITIL-based change management process and oversee its day-to-day execution;
- Help establish and run a centralized release management process;
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee release delivery across approximately 10 core applications;
- Align release plans and schedules and coordinate communication among stakeholders;
- Oversee quality and test coverage and ensure controlled deployments;
- Collaborate with the client’s Service Owner in line with agreed responsibilities, governance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management;
- ITIL certification and an understanding of how ITIL practices apply to IT service management;
- Experience coordinating technical teams and stakeholders to deliver against a shared plan;
- Strong planning skills, including risk and dependency management, timeline tracking, and follow-through on commitments;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing processes, and release delivery;
- Experience aligning priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and communicating progress and issues;
- Ability to define and document processes, responsibilities, and operating procedures;
- Experience with project and task management tools;
- Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced).
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience in change management and/or release management;
- Experience establishing and implementing ITSM processes;
- Experience working within a managed service model;
- German language skills.
