Senior Fullstack Developer (Java / React / Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare industry.

You will work on a modern, cloud-native platform built on Microsoft Azure, combining backend services, web and mobile applications, AI-powered capabilities, and scalable infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive, product-minded engineer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, takes ownership of technical solutions, and contributes across the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in SaaS product development.
• Solid experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted).
• Experience designing and developing microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (Redis).
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, identity management, and data protection.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building and maintaining React Native applications.
• Experience implementing LLM-based or AI-powered solutions in production.
• Additional expertise in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications across backend and frontend.
• Build and enhance microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Contribute to mobile application development using React Native.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Participate in architectural decisions, technical planning, and technology selection.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities and third-party services into the platform.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, infrastructure automation, and production deployments.
• Collaborate directly with product stakeholders and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements gathering and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proactively identify technical improvements and contribute to the platform's long-term evolution.
