Position Overview

We are looking for a Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Bing / Microsoft Ads to join our performance marketing team and manage paid acquisition campaigns in the Crypto / CFD vertical.

We are open to Junior, Middle, and Senior candidates, provided they have practical experience running campaigns on Microsoft Ads.

The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, campaign optimization, tracking, and the challenges of advertising in competitive, high-risk verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Bing / Microsoft Ads.
• Drive traffic and generate qualified leads for Crypto / CFD offers.
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Test ad creatives, keywords, targeting strategies, landing pages, and funnels.
• Work with tracking systems, postbacks, and conversion tracking.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance.

• Work with cloaking and traffic filtering solutions where applicable.

   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Bing / Microsoft Ads (must-have).
• Understanding of PPC advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CR, and ROI.
• Experience with campaign tracking and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English level B2 or higher.

• Willingness to work with Crypto / CFD offers.

   

Nice to Have

• Direct experience running Crypto / CFD campaigns.
• Experience with high-risk verticals such as iGaming, gambling, or finance.
• Knowledge of cloaking systems and tracking tools such as Keitaro.
• Experience with Google Ads Display or Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID).
• Experience managing and scaling large advertising budgets.
