Account Lead / Portfolio Lead — Roblox Games

As Account Lead, you’ll run day-to-day operations across a large portfolio of Roblox games and lead the account management team. You’ll keep game owners supported, teams aligned, and operating work moving.

What you’ll do
• Manage operating health and revenue performance across the portfolio.
• Lead account managers and add team capacity as the portfolio grows.
• Build and manage team shifts across time zones to provide round-the-clock coverage of creator conversations and prompt responses.
• Make sure new games are onboarded well and each owner has a day-to-day contact.
• Coordinate creators and Indigo teams on game updates and improvements.
• Set priorities, workflows, and deadlines across the portfolio.
• Work with Indigo leadership and teams across game operations, analytics, monetization, and player acquisition.

What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leading account management or operations teams in a high-volume, multi-account environment.
• Experience building reliable processes and coordinating work across teams.
