IT Delivery, Transformation Director

We’re scaling fast across Ukraine, the EU and the US, and our IT function needs to scale with us. Now we’re looking for a leader who can turn three strong teams into one coherent function, set the roadmap and deliver it.
This role of IT Delivery & Transformation Director is a natural next step for someone who has led complex IT or cybersecurity programs and is ready to own a function end to end: its strategy, budget, people and results.
What you’ll own
You will lead three teams:
- Infrastructure & Identity: core infrastructure and secure access across the company
- IT Support & Service Desk: day-to-day IT operations and employee support
- Network: office network infrastructure across distributed sites
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with the company’s expansion across the US, EU and Ukraine
- Own the IT budget, headcount planning, vendors and contracts
- Lead the company-wide IAM program: SSO, MFA, Zero Trust principles and access lifecycle
- Set IT governance, including policies, SLAs, security posture and audit readiness
- Turn IT support into a measurable service with clear SLAs, CSAT and self-service
- Ensure our network delivers the performance and redundancy distributed offices need
- Partner with Security, HR and Legal on onboarding and offboarding, device management and compliance
- Drive automation and tooling that cuts manual IT overhead as we grow
- Develop your team leads and build clear career paths across IT
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in IT, infrastructure or cybersecurity, as a program, delivery or IT leader
- 3+ years managing people, ideally through team leads
- Track record of delivering IT, infrastructure or security programs end to end
- Experience running or transforming an operational function with SLAs (service desk, managed services, support operations)
- Solid working understanding of hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructure and IAM / Zero Trust concepts: enough to make sound trade-offs and challenge your teams
- Strong vendor and contract management skills
- Confidence presenting decisions and trade-offs to C-level stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple countries or sites
Nice to have
- Background in a fast-scaling tech or engineering company
- Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance or government contracting
- Experience implementing ISO 27001 or SOC 2
- Hands-on background in infrastructure or network engineering
- Experience with ITIL or service management frameworks
- Experience leading IT through M&A integration
