Sales specialist (B2C / Retention)

Location: Remote — Europe
Salary: $3,000/month fixed base + performance-based bonuses
Target total compensation: Up to $60,000/year

We are an international team operating in the Online Sweepstakes Gaming industry and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
• Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and close deals.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or similar).
• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in phone conversations and objection handling.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or Sweepstakes is a strong advantage.
