    Primary responsibilities:

    We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help shape products from idea to launch β€” ensuring clarity of requirements, transparent communication, and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

    Cleveroad is a software development company specializing in web and mobile solutions across multiple industries: FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, and more.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format).
    • Communicating with stakeholders and aligning the project scope.
    • Supporting the development team by clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation.
    • Describing business processes using BPMN, UML, User Flow.
    • Managing and maintaining the backlog in Jira / Confluence.
    • Participating in Scrum ceremonies.
    • Validating requirements together with QA and the client.
    • Conducting competitor analysis and market research.
    • Preparing presentations, diagrams, and documentation for clients.

       

    Requirements

    • 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT.
    • Solid understanding of SDLCAgile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall.
    • Understanding of requirement types, hierarchy, and interconnections.
    • Experience writing User StoriesUse Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
    • Ability to decompose business goals, epics, or requirements into manageable, measurable components (features, user stories, tasks).
    • Understanding of INVEST and SMART principles.
    • Experience in modeling business processes (UML, BPMN).
    • Understanding of backlog management and prioritization methods (MoSCoW, WSJF).
    • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io / Lucidchart, Figma.
    • Understanding of mobile and web application principles.
    • Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate ideas clearly β€” both written and verbal.
    • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
    • Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
    • Teamwork and empathy in communication with clients.
