LongRun is a growing lead generation and GTM agency. We offer cold email outbound as a service: full sales systems for B2B clients, from strategy and copy through to qualified leads delivered into their CRM.
 

We're hiring a Campaign Operator to oversee delivery and campaign management across our client base.
 

What you'll actually be doing:

• Own the GTM strategy for each client: audience angles, messaging direction, sequence structure
• Write the cold email copy: subject lines, openers, sequences, follow-ups, A/B variants. This is the creative core of the role.
• Configure and launch campaigns in Email Bison once leads and infrastructure are ready
• Monitor performance daily, diagnose anomalies same-day, run A/B tests, document what works in Notion
• Build Clay tables that capture intent signals (hiring, funding, tech stack changes, etc.) and generate personalized emails from those signals.
• Coordinate with the Lead Researcher (lists, ICP, infrastructure) and the Automation Engineer (CRM, reply routing, n8n) without doing their jobs yourself
   

You won't: talk to clients (the founder does), talk to leads (handed to the client's sales team), build lead lists, or automate anything. Your scope is strategy, copy, and orchestrating the team to deliver.
 

How we work: We hire for attitude and desire over long CVs and credentials. We use AI in every part of our delivery, which is how a lean team serves a growing number of clients without dropping quality. All internal communication happens in English since we serve clients mostly in the US and Europe.
 

Stack: Email Bison, Clay, Notion, Todoist, Slack, Rize, Claude Code & Cowork.
 

Requirements: 1-2 years of outbound experience at an agency or in-house outbound team, sequences you've personally written and shipped, B2+ written English, comfort reading campaign analytics, the instinct to coordinate across people without doing their jobs for them, and fluent use of AI tools in your daily work.
