We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to own and optimize our cloud platform. You’ll manage GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE);
• Proven experience managing Cloud Platforms in production (Kubernetes clusters, Cloud Services/Functions);
• Background in mid-size engineering teams, collaborating with developers and QA;
• Familiarity with external logging and metrics systems;

• Knowledge of modern release practices (semantic versioning, blue-green, canary deployments).

   

Technical Skills:

• Experience with GCP/AWS (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, networking, storage, cost optimization);
• Strong knowledge of GitLab (or similar) for pipelines, automated build/test/deploy, and release management;
• Skilled in deploying and managing workloads, Helm charts, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting clusters;
• Hands-on with Terraform or equivalent tools for automated environment provisioning;
• Container security, secret management, access controls, backup & disaster recovery;

• Experience with tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, ELK.

   

Nice to have:

• Scripting (Python/Bash) for automation;
• Knowledge of modern release strategies (semantic versioning, blue-green, canary deployments);
• SQL scripting (PostgreSQL).

We are looking for a UAV Tester - a test engineer who will be responsible for the full cycle of field tests for our products. This is a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with practical hands-on skills in the field.
They will be involved not only in data analysis but also in the direct preparation and execution of tests 🙌

Requirements/Hard Skills:
 

• 1+ years of experience as a UAV tester or in related positions;
• Diagnostics, soldering, and repair of low-voltage drone systems (5–24 V);
• Full assembly of an FPV drone, connection, and configuration of all components (FC, ESC, RX, VTX, GPS, camera, buzzer) via UART;
• Betaflight configuration, comprehensive drone setup "from scratch," optimization of PIDS/Filters/Rateprofile, and working with the CLI (dump, remapping);
• Updating and flashing boards, working with the ExpressLRS radio communication system;
• Using a multimeter and smoke stopper, safe launch, flight data analysis;
• Ability to pilot a drone in difficult conditions, prevent failsafe, and return the drone without a video signal.

Soft skills:
 

• Problem-oriented thinking, the ability to quickly diagnose the causes of malfunctions and fix a "bad drone";
• Attention to detail during soldering, assembly, and configuration of PIDS/filters;
• Ability to act effectively in critical situations (e.g., returning the drone without video);
• Ability to anticipate loss of control based on RSSI indicators and prevent failsafe.

• Previous exposure to infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering teams;

You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, bringing new products to life by debugging boot-time failures, optimizing performance, and ensuring our hardware is fully supported by a robust, custom-built Linux environment.

You are a deeply technical engineer who is fluent in C and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Linux kernel internals. You are not just a software developer, you are comfortable reading schematics, using a logic analyzer, and debugging hardware-level issues. Responsibilities:
 

• Design, implement, and maintain Linux kernel modules and device drivers for ARM-based embedded systems;
• Develop and debug device tree configurations and board support packages (BSPs);
• Analyze and optimize kernel performance, latency, and resource usage;
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams to bring up new boards and peripherals;
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware interface issues, kernel panics, and boot-time failures;
• Contribute to internal kernel build, CI, and deployment workflows.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a General QA Engineer (focusing on backend or full-stack systems), including experience in a leadership role;
• Proven ability to design, implement, or significantly extend automation frameworks from the ground up;
• Strong proficiency in test design principles (unit, integration, API, end-to-end);
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Python-based frameworks like Pytest, Robot, or similar are strongly preferred);
• Practical experience with API testing (e.g., REST, Postman, requests library);
• Solid experience working with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins);
• A firm understanding of containerized environments (Docker, Docker Compose);
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain automated test documentation and reporting (test plans, coverage, results).

• Define, implement, and maintain the automated test strategy and coverage across our backend, desktop, and internal tools;
• Design and build robust, scalable automated test suites for APIs, data flows, and core business logic, primarily using Python-based tools;
• Set up, configure, and manage test environments for both local development and CI/CD pipelines using containers (Docker) or virtualized setups;
• Actively participate in feature planning and architecture reviews to ensure testability and reliability are built in from the start;
• Integrate all automated test suites into our CI/CD pipelines and establish clear, actionable reporting;
• Identify, track, and report defects with detailed logs and diagnostic data to assist in rapid resolution;
• Own the release validation process by running and maintaining automated regression and smoke test suites;

The QA Lead will manage both structured indoor validation and coordinated outdoor flight-testing operations, acting as the central point of quality accountability across the hardware development pipeline.

• Analyze lab and field test data, document issues, and drive root-cause investigations with engineering teams;
• Establish and maintain QA standards, documentation workflows, and requirement-to-test traceability;
• Manage hardware risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal safety and operational guidelines;
• Promote quality best practices and mentor team members on structured validation processes.

Hard skills:

    •    Strong background in hardware QA, electronics validation, or embedded systems testing;
    •    Experience with edge computing hardware (SoMs, SBCs, GPUs, sensors, radios, power systems);
    •    Ability to design and execute structured test plans, covering functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental dimensions;
    •    Proficient with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and thermal measurement tools;
    •    Experience documenting results, tracking design issues, and communicating findings clearly;
    •    Familiarity with UAV or robotics platforms is beneficial (not required for piloting);

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in electronics and radio frequency (RF) systems, who is passionate about working with complex, physically-driven hardware systems, such as drones.

• Experience in developing electrical schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs) using KiCad or similar CAD tools;
• Skills in creating technical diagrams in vector graphics editors (Inkscape or similar):
• Experience with manual soldering, assembly, testing, and rework of prototypes;
• Basic understanding of electronic components, circuit logic, and a systems-level approach to design;

Responsibilities:
 

• PCB development in KiCad: creating electrical schematics, component selection, routing, and board layout in accordance with system requirements;
• Working with vector graphics editors (e.g., Inkscape) to quickly create connection diagrams for soldering or prototype visualization;
• Physical assembly and soldering of initial prototypes for testing, followed by analysis and implementation of changes to the design or electronics;
• Integration of electronic components into drone systems, including power, analog, and RF modules;
• Participating in the testing, diagnostics, and debugging of developed systems;
• Close collaboration with the engineering team to hand over working schematics, PCB files, and prototyping results;
• Optimization of electronic circuits and boards based on test results and real-world assemblies.

We are looking for a hands-on Drone Engineer with strong field-quality experience to join our Edge Device Construction team. This role centers around assembling, integrating, and validating UAV platforms equipped with advanced edge-processing payloads. The engineer will work across mechanical, electrical, and software layers of drone systems, ensuring reliable operation in both lab and field environments.

Responsibilities:
 

• Assemble, configure, and maintain multirotor FPV-class drones used as platforms for edge devices;
• Perform system integration of sensors, compute modules, radios, and custom hardware onto drone frames;
• Lead field QA operations, including flight testing, payload validation, environmental testing, and operational stress testing;
• Evaluate overall construction quality of integrated edge devices and ensure they meet engineering specifications;
• Configure and troubleshoot major UAV firmware/flight-stack ecosystems, including Betaflight, ArduCopter, and PX4;
• Set up flight controllers, ESCs, receivers, and telemetry systems, ensuring correct operation across different firmware;
• Document assembly processes, configuration parameters, QA results, and flight outcomes;
• Collaborate with hardware, embedded, and software teams to diagnose issues and improve platform reliability;
• Safely operate FPV drones for testing, demonstrations, and QA cycles;
• Transport drones and field equipment to test sites as needed.

Hard Skills:
 

• Strong understanding of drone composition, including frames, motors, ESCs, flight controllers, receivers, batteries, and payload attachments;
• Hands-on experience configuring Betaflight, ArduCopter, and PX4, including tuning, mode setup, failsafe configuration, and sensor calibration;
• Ability to integrate new edge-processing devices onto drones, including wiring, mounting, and firmware configuration;
• Experience flying FPV drones confidently and safely in manual and assisted modes;
• Practical troubleshooting skills across electronics, mechanical assembly, and software configuration;
• Valid driving licence for field operations;
• Ability to work in outdoor test conditions and travel to field locations.

Nice to have:

    •    Experience with edge-AI compute devices (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, OAK, etc.);
    •    Familiarity with RF systems, video transmitters, and telemetry links;
    •    Background in QA, flight testing, or UAV systems engineering;
    •    Experience with log analysis from ArduPilot/PX4 or blackbox logs from Betaflight;
    •    Understanding of LiPo battery handling, UAV safety protocols, and regulatory considerations
