We are looking for a Middle SMM Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, SMM Specialist, or in a similar role;

- Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.);

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement;

- Experience developing media plans, content calendars, and campaign concepts;

- Ability to create, edit and optimize ideas for the posts, visual content for social media;

- Knowledge of analytics tools and experience tracking social media performance;

- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

- Knowledge of Fintech, IT or Web3 industries;

- Experience working with influencers and community managers;

- Understanding of paid social campaigns and ad management at social media platforms;

- Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals;

- Build, maintain, and grow brand presence across Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms;

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, visuals, videos, and stories;

- Develop media plans and content calendars for all social platforms;

- Generate and implement creative campaign ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness;

- Monitor audience engagement, social media metrics, and trends to optimize content and campaigns;

- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, content, design, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and integration across channels;

Mandatory domain expertise in Finance and Insurance. Must understand financial logic and data integrity.

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a deep focus on Back-end architecture.
• Node.js
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and raw SQL: Experience working without ORMs, managing migration-driven schemas, and implementing immutable double-entry ledgers.
• Deep knowledge of Next.js 16 (App Router) and TypeScript: Proficiency in building scalable architectures using API route handlers and service layers in a Serverless environment (Vercel).
• Strong experience with modern Frontend: React 19 and Tailwind v4 (without heavy state-management libraries).
• Practical experience with Fintech integrations: Stripe payments, Auth.js (v5), and complex authentication (Passkeys, TOTP).

Will be a plus:
• Experience with Java
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations .
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in Fintech/Insurtech.
• Experience with PDF generation (react-pdf / pdf-lib) and pluggable email provider layers.
