LinkedIn Copywriter / Content Writer (B2B / IT)

Since 2013, Duanex has been building custom software for international companies and startups, from mobile applications to complex cloud solutions.

Our clients operate across healthcare, fintech, digital banking, and insurance. We follow Agile practices and place a strong emphasis on automated testing.

We're looking for a creative Content Writer who can turn technology and business topics into engaging LinkedIn content that people actually want to read.

You'll work directly with our CEO, creating content for multiple LinkedIn profiles. 

We value fresh ideas, independent thinking, and a results-driven approach to content creation.

What you'll be working on

• Creating English-language LinkedIn posts for 5–8 profiles, adapting content to each profile's voice and audience.
• Researching IT, AI, business, and technology topics to develop fresh ideas and engaging content.
• Creating strong hooks and experimenting with different writing approaches to capture attention and encourage discussion.
• Analyzing post performance and using insights to improve future content.
• Writing occasional expert articles for external publications or our company blog (approximately one every 1–2 months).
• Potentially creating short posts and comments for Threads and X.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in copywriting, content writing, or content marketing.
• English at B2 level or higher, with strong writing skills.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn.
• Ability to research complex topics and turn them into clear, engaging content.
• Understanding of LinkedIn performance metrics and basic analytics.
• Experience using AI tools for research, brainstorming, and editing.
• Creativity, independence, and willingness to experiment with new approaches.

Would be a plus

• Experience writing for IT, SaaS, or B2B companies.
• Experience developing personal brands of founders, CEOs, or industry experts.
• Understanding of the US market and international B2B audiences.
• Experience creating content for Threads, X, or Reddit.
