Finance Manager (PSP and Financial Analysis)

We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1,000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1–3 markets worldwide.
 

We are looking for a Finance Manager with a strong analytical background to take ownership of PSP operations, financial reconciliation, balance management, and financial data accuracy.
 

This role combines finance, payment operations, and data analytics. You will work with large volumes of financial data, monitor balances across payment providers, investigate discrepancies, and improve reconciliation processes through advanced Google Sheets formulas and automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily PSP and project reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Review and reconcile PSP statements, monitor balances, and investigate discrepancies.
• Calculate FX losses and analyze differences arising from currency exchange operations.
• Reconcile partner payments, including marketing-related transactions.
• Manage balance transfers between PSPs and ensure sufficient funds for ongoing operations.
• Analyze financial data to identify anomalies, trends, and potential risks.
• Investigate the root causes of discrepancies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Develop and optimize Google Sheets formulas for financial calculations, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive workflows and optimize spreadsheet performance when working with large datasets.
• Maintain existing Google Apps Script automations for data imports and spreadsheet management.
• Participate in the migration to Odoo and help configure financial accounts, templates, and methods.
• Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations to monitor balances and handle urgent financial operations.
   

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical finance role.
• Understanding of PSP operations, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including complex formulas such as QUERY, FILTER, INDEX, MATCH, LOOKUP, and ARRAYFORMULA.
• Ability to optimize formulas and work efficiently with large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script and the ability to maintain existing scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and determine their root causes.
• Understanding of FX operations and multi-currency transactions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to financial data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet daily deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple PSPs or payment service providers.
• Background in iGaming, fintech, payment processing, e-commerce, or other high-volume transaction environments.
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Odoo implementation or migration.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, or other business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and management reporting.
