The goal of this role is to become a reliable production partner for the Content Manager. Someone who can consistently edit high-quality content and help maintain a strong and professional digital presence.

What will you do?

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce approximately 12 short-form videos per month
• Work closely with the Content Manager and follow the provided content plans, briefs, and creative direction

StellarTech is looking for a UA Manager (Meta Ads) to fully own and scale our Meta as a core acquisition channel.

This is a hands-on performance role with real ownership. You will personally manage campaigns while working on top of our automation systems and continuously improving scale and efficiency.
You won’t just optimize ads - you’ll help evolve how UA works at scale inside the company.

What You'll Do:

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus
• Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies
• Work hands-on inside ad accounts
• Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm
• Design and execute testing frameworks
• Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams
• Identify scalable growth levers
• Maintain campaign logic and process documentation

In Your First 3 Months, You Will:

• Take full hands-on ownership of Meta Ads performance
• Become fluent in our funnels, metrics, and automation logic
• Independently manage and optimize campaigns
• Identify key growth and scaling opportunities
• Contribute improvement ideas to automation and structure
• Deliver controlled performance scale

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Experience managing significant paid social budgets
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Funnel understanding (web2web, web2app, or app)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English B1+

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation / rules / scripts 
• Mobile Measurement & Attribution knowledge

You will join a fast-growing broadcast technology company developing a cloud-native SaaS platform for the global media industry. The product helps broadcasters, streaming platforms, and content owners manage, distribute, and monetize video services, including live events and FAST channels. The company serves customers worldwide and uses cloud-native and AI-powered technologies to simplify operations and support scalable growth.

Project Highlights

• Direct collaboration with C-level leadership and an experienced CMO.
• Work with a global broadcasting and streaming technology product used by major media brands, including Paramount+ and NBA.
• Exposure to well-known customers, industry partners, and major international events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of key industry events, including international exhibitions and smaller regional conferences.
• Coordinate website improvements, landing pages, blogs, white papers, case studies, and client success stories.
• Maintain and prioritize the marketing backlog across campaigns, content, website updates, CRM administration, and operational tasks.
• Oversee HubSpot CRM, workflows, forms, automation, reporting, and contact databases.
• Assist with outbound marketing campaigns using tools such as Instantly and HubSpot.
• Develop marketing assets in Canva and coordinate the production of product videos and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, leadership, developers, agencies, and freelancers.
• Identify ways to improve marketing performance through AI tools, automation, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives (e.g., events, website updates, content, campaigns, and backlog management)
• 1+ year of experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• 1+ year of experience with automated outbound or email campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly or similar platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
