We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us expand into the English-speaking markets, grow our revenue, and establish new partnerships. This role involves managing our existing portfolio of Affiliate Partners from the English-speaking regions and building new relationships with photographers, websites, media, CPA networks, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and more.
You will engage with new partners and reactivate existing ones through high-performing campaigns, analyze their performance (such as traffic on their platforms, revenue potential, and brand exposure), and implement strategies to drive more revenue for Skylum's products in the assigned markets.
Your goals will include planning and launching affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, negotiating financial terms, and achieving revenue targets.
You will work alongside the affiliate and partnerships team and report to the Head of Partnerships.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten, and general program policies and competitors.
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Excel, Google Sheets, etc., at a strong level.
- Knowledge of CPA, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and fraud management skills.
- Great sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to self-organize and accept challenges, looking for new ways to solve problems, and grow the business.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills. Any other language would be an advantage.
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage affiliate partnerships across various channels, including websites, media, coupon sites, CPA networks, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and etc., through the affiliate platform.
- Onboard new affiliate partners for Skylum products, signing agreements to ensure clear terms.
- Review videos, media, metadata, and other content to ensure they align with contractual commitments.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across key regions, using various A/B tests to refine campaigns and communication.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns, adjust commission structures, and optimize budget allocation to achieve ROI targets and meet KPIs.
- Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to enhance product reach and engagement.
- Evaluate historical and current data, user insights, marketing strategies, and business objectives to improve affiliate strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, SEO, PPC, Brand, Legal, Finance) for seamless asset delivery, product updates, and campaign coordination.
- Research, assess, and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Support additional tasks as needed.
