The product builds production-grade AI assistants for loan officers, processors, and underwriters. The platform ingests lender documents, classifies and extracts structured data, computes metrics/risk signals, and powers decisioning flows that integrate with existing LOS/CRM systems. 

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI pipelines for document classification, data extraction, summarization, and reasoning
- Work with LangChain, DSPy to orchestrate LLM logic
- Wrap models into Python microservices that integrate with the main TS backend
- Implement model monitoring: confidence scores, hallucination detection, stability
- Optimize model performance for speed, cost, and reliability
- Build data pipelines for preprocessing documents, extracting entities, and transforming financial information
- Integrate AI pipelines with queue systems (RabbitMQ or similar).
- Design workflows in cooperation with Temporal or equivalent orchestrators
- Ensure Python services work seamlessly with the Node.js backend.
- Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade reliability and compliance standards

Core Technical Skills
- 4+ years experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering.
- Expert in Python and ML/AI frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, OCR, NLP, or document intelligence.
- Experience building production AI pipelines (not just prompt engineering).
- Familiarity with: LangChain, DSPy, RAG, Tool-using agents
- Practical experience integrating LLMs with structured data 
- Experience building scalable AI microservices.
- Familiar with queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka), event systems, or workflow orchestrators.
- Understanding of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, CI/CD.
- Ability to design reliable long-running background jobs and multi-step ML workflows.

We are seeking a QA Lead with a strong hardware and systems background to oversee the full validation lifecycle of our next-generation edge devices. This role ensures that every new hardware design, electronic subsystem, and integrated drone-mounted payload meets functional, environmental, and operational requirements before deployment. The QA Lead will manage both structured indoor validation and coordinated outdoor flight-testing operations, acting as the central point of quality accountability across the hardware development pipeline.

Responsibilities:
 

• Perform end-to-end hardware validation for edge devices, covering electrical, mechanical, thermal, and system-level testing;
• Develop and maintain test benches, validation setups, and measurement tools;
• Coordinate and execute outdoor drone-based flight tests, ensuring hardware meets all pre-flight readiness criteria;
• Analyze lab and field test data, document issues, and drive root-cause investigations with engineering teams;
• Establish and maintain QA standards, documentation workflows, and requirement-to-test traceability;
• Manage hardware risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal safety and operational guidelines;
• Promote quality best practices and mentor team members on structured validation processes.

Hard skills:

    •    Strong background in hardware QA, electronics validation, or embedded systems testing;
    •    Experience with edge computing hardware (SoMs, SBCs, GPUs, sensors, radios, power systems);
    •    Ability to design and execute structured test plans, covering functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental dimensions;
    •    Proficient with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, and thermal measurement tools;
    •    Experience documenting results, tracking design issues, and communicating findings clearly;
    •    Familiarity with UAV or robotics platforms is beneficial (not required for piloting);
    •    Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multi-step field testing cycles.
