To support this growth, we are looking for an Affiliate Sales Manager/Affiliate Acquisition Manager who will drive new partner acquisition, sell our partnership terms, and bring new traffic sources to the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven Affiliate Sales Manager to focus on new partner acquisition, commercial growth, and traffic activation.
This role is for someone who knows how to search for partners, start conversations, sell partnership conditions, negotiate terms, and bring partners to first traffic and measurable results.
The main focus is not operations. The Affiliate Sales Manager should drive the commercial side: partner search, cold outreach, negotiations, activation, traffic growth, FTDs, NGR, and revenue contribution.
After negotiations, all critical deal information should be transferred to the Account/Operations Manager for documentation, tracking, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

• Search for new affiliate partners and webmasters.
• Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline.
• Run cold outreach through relevant channels.
• Present and sell Gravira partnership terms.
• Negotiate commercial conditions with potential partners.
• Focus on high-quality traffic sources for Canada and Tier-1 markets.
• Prioritize Facebook traffic partners as one of the key acquisition sources.
• Activate new partners and bring them to first traffic/first FTDs.
• Reactivate inactive or previously lost partners.
• Build long-term partner relationships focused on measurable performance.
• Track pipeline progress, partner activity, and commercial outcomes.
• Analyze basic partner performance, traffic quality, and revenue potential.
• Transfer all critical deal details to the Account/Operations Manager after negotiations.
• Later expand acquisition sources to FB, SEO, PPC, UAC, ASO, affiliate networks, conferences, and other relevant partner channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support offers, conversion, and partner activation.

Requirements

As the business grows, we are separating commercial acquisition from operational ownership. That is why we are looking for an Account Manager/Affiliate Operations Manager who will take ownership of affiliate operations, partner data, reporting, and internal processes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Account Manager/Affiliate Operations Manager to keep the operational side of the Affiliate Department accurate, organized, and transparent.
This role is not focused on cold sales or active partner hunting. The main focus is partner data, NetHunt, Affilka, reporting, payments, statuses, documentation, and follow-up control.
The person in this role will work closely with the Head of Affiliate, Affiliate Sales Manager, Finance, Analytics, Risk, and Product/Marketing teams to make sure that all partner information is correctly documented, updated, and visible.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update partner data in NetHunt CRM.
• Manage partner and deal information in Affilka.
• Enter, verify, and update affiliate data after partner negotiations.
• Keep partner statuses accurate and up to date.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate reporting.
• Track payments, commissions, deal terms, and follow-ups.
• Reconcile data between NetHunt, Affilka, reports, and internal documentation.
• Monitor missing information, inconsistencies, and overdue actions.
• Support partner onboarding from the operational side.
• Control deadlines and prevent missed follow-ups or payment-related issues.

• Suggest improvements in workflows, reporting, data structure, and automation.

   

Requirements

• Product experience in the iGaming industry with Tier-1 products is very important.
• Experience in account management, affiliate operations, partner operations, CRM administration, support operations, data operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with structured data.
• Experience with CRM systems (Affilka+), spreadsheets, reporting tools, or operational databases.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets a strong level.
• Ability to keep information organized and updated.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Analytical and process-driven mindset.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work with repetitive operational tasks without losing focus.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to scale UA for Gambling across Tier-1 GEOs (strong focus on CA). You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns—turning creative angles and data into profitable growth.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid acquisition across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling (policy-compliant), covering iOS / PWA / Android flows.
• Build, test, and scale bundles: angles, creatives, pre-landers/landers, funnels.
• Optimize to performance goals (CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR/CVR, payback) with structured A/B/MVT testing.
• Manage and pace $30k+ / month budgets with clear caps, rules, and daily P&L control.
• Set up and maintain tracking in Keitaro / Binom; ensure clean attribution and reporting.
• Analyze cohorts and GEO/channel performance; propose scale/kill decisions daily.
• Collaborate with Design (static/motion/UGC), CRM (retargeting), and Product/BI (dashboards & insights).
• Source and validate new traffic sources, placements, and whitelists; negotiate with reps.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of media buying in the Gambling vertical, primarily Facebook (Meta).
• Proven launches for iOS / PWA / Android apps/flows.
• Recent wins (last 2–3 months) you can walk us through (goal → setup → results).
• Tier-1 experience is a must; Canada (CA) 
• Hands-on with Keitaro and/or Binom trackers.
• Comfortable managing $30k+/month with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
• Ability to find and generate new bundles (angles, creatives, flows) consistently.
• High ownership, reliability, and execution speed.

Gravira Group — a fast-growing international iGaming company — is looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate department and scale high-quality traffic from Tier-1 markets - CA and DE.

This role is for someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and understands how to build strong, revenue-driving partnerships with affiliates.

Key responsibilities:

• Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (FB/SEO/ASO/PPC) — including cold outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth
• Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROI (ROMI 100%+ is the goal)
• Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate/Partner Manager in iGaming
• Proven expertise working with CA, DE, and AT markets
• Strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing principles
• Hands-on experience with analytics systems and affiliate software (Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Financial literacy and a goal-oriented approach
