Ми шукаємо Customer Success Manager, який стане стратегічним партнером для власників виробничих та e-commerce бізнесів. Це роль експерта, який системно веде клієнтів до результату за методологією BIMP, приймаючи стратегічні рішення та вибудовуючи ефективну співпрацю — а не просто реагуючи на запити.

Обов’язки: 

• Підтримка користувачів через email, чат, тікет-систему та дзвінки
• Опрацювання технічних і продуктових запитів, ескалація складних кейсів до технічних команд
• Онбординг нових клієнтів: налаштування акаунтів, демонстрація функцій продукту, навчання базовому використанню та best practices
• Побудова й підтримка довгострокових відносин з клієнтами: регулярна комунікація, збір зворотного зв’язку, виявлення ризиків відтоку 
• Аналітика та покращення процесів
• Аналіз звернень і клієнтських запитів (тренди, повторювані проблеми) та підготовка пропозицій щодо покращення продукту й UX
• Підготовка звітів і передача клієнтських інсайтів продуктовій та маркетинговій командам
• Координація з внутрішніми командами щодо документації, FAQ та оптимізації процесів підтримки

Вимоги:

• Глибоке розуміння ERP-продуктів і бізнес-процесів клієнтів (склад, продажі, закупівлі, фінанси, виробництво, логістика, CRM-інтеграції) та логіки SaaS-впровадження
• Досвід роботи з CRM і тікет-системами (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Freshdesk або аналоги)
• Аналітичні навички: впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets, розуміння принципів роботи з даними; базове знання SQL / BI 
• Розуміння API та інтеграцій (маркетплейси, CRM, сторонні сервіси), базовий досвід з інструментами автоматизації (Zapier, Make тощо) 
• Ведення технічної комунікація з користувачем, документування кейсів, навчання клієнтів, підготовка скриптів 
• Наявність аналітичних та конфігураційних навичок: налаштування системи під бізнес-вимоги, читання логів і трасування процесів, розуміння API/інтеграцій з маркетплейсами і CRM 
• Володіння базовими технологічними навичками: Web-технології (HTTP/HTTPS, браузерні DevTools, cookies, сесії), розуміння безпеки даних
• Бізнес-орієнтоване мислення 
• Уміння відстоювати експертну позицію та вести партнерську комунікацію з власниками та топ-менеджментом
• Емоційна стійкість та асертивність
• Орієнтація на Customer Success і LTV: фокус на довгострокову цінність, утримання та розвиток клієнтів

Обов’язки:

• Контроль якості комунікації команди саппорту з клієнтами через перевірку чатів та email-листування, а також вдосконалення KPI-системи та виявлення як індивідуальних, так і системних помилок.
• Розробка та впровадження системи оцінки якості дзвінків — від створення критеріїв до повної інтеграції в процеси команди.
• Оновлення та вдосконалення внутрішніх правил і процедур відповідно до стандартів якості.
• Проведення регулярних калібрувальних сесій для забезпечення єдиного підходу до оцінювання якості.
• Підготовка регулярної аналітики та звітів щодо якості, трендів і зон для покращення.

• Вільне володіння англійською мовою (рівень C1, усна та письмова комунікація).
• Досвід у клієнтській підтримці від 2 років та від 1 року на керівній посаді.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

The Retailer Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and operational support to retailer partners across multiple client programs. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as agents support various customer accounts and may be assigned to new client programs as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities: 

Agents in this role handle both incoming and outgoing communications to ensure complete issue resolution.

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary support contact for retailer inquiries across all active client programs
• Kiosk Troubleshooting (Touchpoint Support): Diagnose and resolve device power issues, network connectivity problems, scanner/printer malfunctions, and payment device errors
• Loyalty Program Support: Address loyalty program issues and provide general app support to retailers
• Marathon POS Configuration Support: Provide basic setup guidance, verify configurations, and coordinate with the support team for complex POS requests
• CRM Ticket Management: Triage and respond to support inquiries, accurately documenting issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Knowledge Base Utilization: Apply macros, KB articles, and established troubleshooting flows to resolve common issues efficiently
• Guided Troubleshooting: Walk retailers through common fixes including kiosk reboots, connectivity checks (Wi-Fi/Ethernet/VPN), and app reinstall or settings verification

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting roles 
• Familiarity with kiosk systems, POS hardware, or retail environments preferred 
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, static IP) 
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once while staying organized and responsive 
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain solutions to both technical and non-technical users

Client's application support is responsible for the production systems, including Trading, Post-Trade, and PnL software, environment management, and software deployment. Will work closely with developers, business analysts and infrastructure team members as well as with portfolio managers and traders.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / NOC Engineer with strong MSP or outsourced IT support experience. The person should be comfortable working with multiple client environments, handling tickets, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, endpoint devices, networking issues, security tools, backups, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should not only react to support requests but also understand how to monitor systems, document recurring issues, communicate clearly with customers, and escalate problems when needed. This role requires someone reliable, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-moving support environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle L1/L2 technical support requests for business users and client environments.Monitor customer infrastructure, cloud systems, servers, endpoints.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, and user access issues.
• Support Windows desktop, Windows Server, basic Mac OS.
• Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, remote desktop tools, and common network troubleshooting scenarios.
• Support security and endpoint protection tools such as Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, Sophos or similar solutions.
• Work with RMM, PSA, ticketing, time tracking, and documentation platforms such as ConnectWise and ITglue.
• Communicate with third-party vendors and software support teams when deeper troubleshooting is required.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and client environment notes.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in MSP, NOC, remote IT support, or outsourced infrastructure support.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange, Teams, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows desktop support.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Lead to build and scale a modern B2C support operation that delivers seamless customer experiences across AI-powered and human support channels.

In this role, you’ll own the entire customer support function — from designing a tiered support model with AI voice agents and human escalation flows, to building operational processes, managing support performance, and scaling a high-performing support team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and manage a tiered support model with AI voice agents as the first line of support, human agent escalation, and Jira workflows for engineering-related issues.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Help Center, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service support resources.
• Own and optimize the consumer refund and dispute resolution process.
