Job Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures

The Role

We're hiring a Support Team Lead to build and run our AI-native support operation.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role — not a management-only position. The other part, you'll spend leading the team, building processes, hiring, and improving how everything works.

Hands-on support (you do the work):

• Work regular support shifts — handle tickets, chats, and calls with restaurants directly.

• Own complex and escalated issues end-to-end until resolution.
• Make and receive support calls; ensure restaurants feel supported and heard.

• Hire and mentor support reps: find high-ownership, technically curious people, onboard them, coach them, help them grow.
• Supervise and improve AI agents that handle monitoring, triage, and first-response. Review their work, identify gaps, and work with product/engineering to make them better.
• Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and escalation paths so new reps (and new AI capabilities) can plug in and be effective quickly.
• Own support quality — review interactions for tone, accuracy, and resolution. Monitor KPIs. Identify patterns and drive improvements.
• Be the voice of the restaurant internally — translate support patterns into product feedback.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Prior experience leading or coordinating a support team — you've managed people, distributed work, coached reps, and owned quality outcomes. Doesn't have to be a big team; a small, high-performing one is better signal.
• High ownership and agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. If something's broken, you fix it or flag it. If a process doesn't exist, you create it. If a customer is upset, you own it until it's resolved.
• Excellent English — written and spoken. Our restaurants are US-based; communication quality directly impacts trust.
• Comfortable working US timezone hours, including evening, night, and weekend shifts as part of near-24/7 coverage rotation.

• This is not a 9-to-5 role. Restaurants operate evenings and weekends; coverage needs to match.

The Role
We're looking for a mid-level Live Chat Customer Support Agent to join our fully remote team. You'll be the second line of contact for our players, after our ai, — resolving issues, handling sensitive account matters, and delivering a support experience that keeps players coming back. This is a live chat-first role, so your written communication needs to be sharp, fast, and warm.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling incoming live chat queries from players across all areas of the platform — account issues, gameplay questions, bonuses, and more
Supporting players with payment and withdrawal requests, ensuring smooth and timely resolutions
Identifying and escalating technical issues to the relevant internal teams with clear, detailed reports
Providing dedicated support to VIP players, delivering a white-glove experience that reflects their status
Maintaining thorough records of interactions and following up to ensure issues are fully resolved
Staying up to date on platform features, promotions, and policies to give players accurate information at all times

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in live chat or online customer support — casino or iGaming experience (online or land-based) is a strong plus
Fluent English — both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and the ability to adapt your tone to different players
Excellent written communication — you're clear, concise, and professional even under pressure
Empathy and patience — you genuinely care about helping people and can stay calm when conversations get difficult
Sharp problem-solving skills — you think on your feet and know when to dig deeper vs. when to escalate
Experience with Intercom is a nice-to-have — familiarity with other live chat or CRM tools is equally welcome
Comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
