The Role
We're looking for a mid-level Live Chat Customer Support Agent to join our fully remote team. You'll be the second line of contact for our players, after our ai, โ€” resolving issues, handling sensitive account matters, and delivering a support experience that keeps players coming back. This is a live chat-first role, so your written communication needs to be sharp, fast, and warm.

 

What You'll Be Doing

Handling incoming live chat queries from players across all areas of the platform โ€” account issues, gameplay questions, bonuses, and more
Supporting players with payment and withdrawal requests, ensuring smooth and timely resolutions
Identifying and escalating technical issues to the relevant internal teams with clear, detailed reports
Providing dedicated support to VIP players, delivering a white-glove experience that reflects their status
Maintaining thorough records of interactions and following up to ensure issues are fully resolved
Staying up to date on platform features, promotions, and policies to give players accurate information at all times

 

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in live chat or online customer support โ€” casino or iGaming experience (online or land-based) is a strong plus
Fluent English โ€” both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and the ability to adapt your tone to different players
Excellent written communication โ€” you're clear, concise, and professional even under pressure
Empathy and patience โ€” you genuinely care about helping people and can stay calm when conversations get difficult
Sharp problem-solving skills โ€” you think on your feet and know when to dig deeper vs. when to escalate
Experience with Intercom is a nice-to-have โ€” familiarity with other live chat or CRM tools is equally welcome
Comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
