Dispatcher

An international company providing transportation and logistics services in the USA is inviting a Dispatcher to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling to potential customers.
• Communication and correspondence with American customers via email or/and phone.
• Communication with drivers and team.
• Searching and booking loads.
• Providing time-critical updates for the customers.
• Solving issues which can appear.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in sales will be preferred.
• Experience in dealing with customers from the USA will be preferred.
• Proficiency in office software, including Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
• Ability to work with a few tasks at the same time.

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
