VIP Manager (LatAm)
We are looking for a VIP Manager to work with high-value customers, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term engagement within the Spanish-speaking market.
This role focuses on proactive communication, identifying customer needs, and supporting clients throughout their journey with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Spanish-speaking market
• Communicate with customers via chat, email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant offers
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and long-term value
• Deliver a high level of customer experience and support
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
• Spanish — native level
• Experience in sales, client relations, account management, or customer success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively
• Self-organized and comfortable working remotely
• Personal equipment (laptop or PC), stable internet connection, headset
