As we scale our operations, we are looking for a meticulous and organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will become the operational backbone of our German market, ensuring the flawless day-to-day administration of our Amazon ecosystem, logistics tracking, and premium customer care.
 

Role Overview

This is a highly operational and administrative position. You won't need to reinvent the wheel or build strategies from scratch; instead, your mission is to keep the existing gears turning perfectly. Working in a direct, fast-paced tandem with the CEO, you will take full ownership of routine processes, data accuracy, and communication with our German-speaking community.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Logistics Coordination: Monitor inventory levels across Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses. Plan and schedule shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, and closely track product expiration dates (MHD) to prevent stockouts.
  • Marketplace Administration & Content Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day health of our Amazon account. Create and update product listings, ensure all data is correct, and write/adapt flawless, high-converting SEO copy in German.
  • Premium Customer Care: Provide empathetic, professional, and culturally nuanced text support to German-speaking customers. Monitor product reviews and independently handle technical cases/tickets with marketplace support platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Prepare clear administrative briefs for designers (for product infographics, premium A+ content, and packaging updates) based on current operational needs.
     

What We Expect From You

  • Fluent German (C1 level): Flawless written communication is non-negotiable. You understand linguistic nuances, write with precision, and can handle delicate customer inquiries with ease.
  • Good English (B2+): For smooth internal communication within the team.
  • 1.5โ€“2+ years of e-Commerce experience: A solid understanding of Amazon operational models (FBA/FBM) and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Experience in the supplements, cosmetics, or food niches is a major plus.
  • Administrative Diligence: Exceptional organizational skills, love for order, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You are someone who genuinely enjoys keeping data structured.
  • Proactivity & Independence: A self-starter attitude. You don't need micro-management; you see an operational issue, flag it, and resolve it.
